I bought 2 new bags and a cross body bag. Which are great. I had previously bought a bag on the recommendation that performed poorly. Basically the magnets did not work. There is no phone number to call customer service and the lag time to email response iwhich is automated. Before I did get a response I ended up tossing in the garbage. The company shipped to the wrong address even though I asked to have it shipped to correct address after reviewing the order 5 min after placing it. These new bags are nice but the customer service stinks

Ordering was amazing. It was a gift to my best friend so when it came, I checked it out. It was bigger yet smaller than expected, if that makes any sense. I wasn’t sure how the magnetic situation would be (big and bulky) but it was very sleek and you can’t tell there is anything in there. It was great!

At first, the package was sent to the wrong address, but after I contacted them, everything was resolved. The replies weren’t instant, but they responded reasonably quickly and helpfully.
The magnetic waist bag looks well-made: good materials, neat stitching, and strong magnets. I’ll need to test it in more active use, but so far the impression is very positive.

The order was initially shipped incorrectly, but after a couple of attempts to reach out, someone did get back to me. Once contact was made, shipping the correct item and return of the incorrect item went smoothly. Love the product. Very well made and high quality.

It works exactly as advertised. More useful and practical than I was thinking it would be. Easily fit phone, wallet, keys with room to spare. Even have my wraps in there.

The bag was everything the add said it was. The magnet held the bag no problem with my wallet, keys, phone and full water bottle. The bag came is quick order. The quality of the bag was superior to others I have tried. It looks like it will hold up for years to come.

Shipping was fast and the product was as advertised. I carry with me everywhere and the magnet is super strong. Its so strong...that sometimes I feel like it will rip off the bag but I am trusting the backing material for now.

I've had the magnetic fanny bag for a couple weeks now and I love it! The magnets are very strong and I am able to keep all my belongings inside and near me at all times while at the gym. The inside is quite spacious and all the pockets and dividers are exactly what I needed to not fumble through everything with dirty gym hands. 100% recommend!
