Please don't buy from this store they are scamming people they money I send an email no answer from them about my purchases I have to call my bank and let them know its a scam site my bank give me back my money you been warn stay away and spread the word out thanks

Wish I would have read these reviews before ordering from here. 6 weeks since I placed an order and nothing no info sent emails that I have not heard back from. TOTAL SCAM!!

I placed an order for a shoe rack in March and I have yet to receive it the first email said that my package was delivered to a different address. They refunded me only $10 out of 100 and here it is almost June and I have yet to receive my package of emailed them a couple of times. I have not gotten no response. I've called no response. Total scam

This company are nothing but common thieves. They are crooks of the highest order.

I placed my order at the end of February and ots May and I still haven't received my shoe boxes. They said it got delivered to wrong address 2 months after I ordered. I've been complaining and complaining and still no product. This has got to be a scam. Just imagine how much money they've made from scamming people. My order was 100.00. I should've known it was too good to be true. 100 shoe boxes for 99.00. I just want my money back!!!!!

MAGZ-RETAIL is FRAUD...bought a shoebox and its more than a month and counting still didn't received it yet...email them and give you empty promises. I call them(+1 415 858 1182) but only voice mail. PLEASE DON'T BUY

Company never sent my product. I ordered shoeboxes April 19. My order has been out for delivery now for 10 days. Keep emailing the company same response with each reply. Your order will be here in 5 to 7 days. Still no order no tracking number number on file cannot speak with anyone. Just horrible.

Please I mean please don't buy from this company. It is a scam and you want receive your order!.I have been waiting on a order over 4 months now. And still nothing!

Scam do not buy from these people !!! Orderd 1st bed sent to wrong address waiting 2 months for a replacement and now they saying same thing ....never have a problem with orders my whole life

Wish I could give no stars. This site is a joke. I order the storage for my sneakers and paid then waited. When I tracked my order it said it was delivered to Sacramento,CA when I live in NJ. Like how do you get that mixed up then I complained and then they said they will send another one and give me my money back. Never sent the other order but it says it’s in transit since April 4th,2023 and never got my money back had to go through my bank and put a claim in. Be warned this site is a scam don’t waste your time or money.

Saw a really well-made advert on Instagram. Looked genuine.

Then I clicked on ship now and it went to their e-commerce store.

Upon further reading I could see that they are charging $55.95 (disounted from $200.00) for a product which is £899.99 everywhere else. I know this because I googled “Infinity Game Table”

They also stated that these are so cheap because they are from Amazon warehouses which were shut down. This is also not correct.

This is a massive scam. Do not give these people your money.

Sent me a tracking two day after it was delivered to wrong state cant get anyone on the phone. it been 4 months for a resent order and its been out for delivery for 13 days never again

Reading every comment/review on here makes everything click now. Everyone here has the same complaint as I also ordered from Halifax Nova Scotia Canada and for over a month I never received my package and there are two tracking numbers they provide and the second one (fedex) says delivered to a TEXAS ADDRESS! Like really!!!?

Magz retail has just played with the wrong person because I guarantee that I will close their website and entire operation before the end of this year!

This is totally a scam! I never received the item I ordered. The waiting time is one month then it was delivered to the wrong address. (Totally wrong address))

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been waiting a month for an order and it was delivered yesterday. Here is the issue- it was delivered to Houston Texas not Staten Island, the shipping address it Staten Island. Beyond frustrated. Also why do they have a customer service number if there is no one to talk to. Send us an email.

Absolutely horrible company, I ordered product almost a month and still saying in transit. Can’t get a hold of anyone to resolve my issue. SCAM SITE

This company is horrible. They sent me the incorrect items from what I ordered and expected me to accept what they said. They offered me an option which I refused and now they do not want to return my money. I will never order anything from them and encourage anyone else not to order from them. They have posted reviews probably written by their employees where they got five stars which is a complete lie.

Scam site. Ship to different address and keep the loop of sending order to wrong address. Fk these scammers

100% scam do not buy here. They ship the products to the wrong address and you cannot contact them
