Recently purchased a backpack and sling from Mehetri. The bags looked quite impressive in their online store. Very glad that when I received the bags today, the touch and feel is pretty much what you imagined from the pics. Leather quality is great and is well made. Highly recommend

Not at all happy with the experience with this company. The bag for delivered after 13 days, though I paid extra for quick delivery within 3-5 days. There is no communication from them after you order the product. No messages or email to confirm order. I also did not like the look and feel of the product. There is lot of difference between image and actual product. Order at your own risk.

Shipped 10 days after paying for express 3 day shipping. No responses from any emails sent several days in a row-nothing!! Horrible customer service-looks like great products but based upon this-would not ever want to order again. Still don’t have product nearly 3 was later!

DO NOT ORDER from this company! My order has not been shipped according their shipping policy, but payment has been taken from my account. I have not received any response from support regarding my order despite multiple emails asking for information.

I paidthrough Paytm on 2nd of February. But they are still unable to track the payment. Today being 6th of Feb. There is no proactive followup on this issue. I am having to chase them to track if the payment has been rcvd. Half the times their phone is switched off. I dont know what to say about this experience.

I've ordered Men's leather jacket from Mahe tri, and when I received my order I was very much excited to see it, whether it was good or worse, but as I opened the parcel I was shocked and cant trust my eyes that the item was very good enough and the material they use were very excellent in quality, I therefore recommend this company and anyone can buy their item with their eyes close, there is no doubt about the quality and good response... One more fraud by Mahe Tri. I ordered willow leather crossbody bag 9 inch on 21 Nov 2022 which I received today i.e. 07 Dec 2022. Order ID No. MT15631 dated 21 Nov 2022. They have delivered 7 inches instead of what I paid for 9 inches. The price of 7 inches is 899 and 9 inch 999. I paid 999+100 = 1099 CoD. 100/- shipping charge whereas they say it is free shipping. Now my past experience within a day is very disappointing. Earlier, this company also did the same and sent the defective Foster Canvas Backpack. After complaints on mobile and WhatsApp they asked for photos and then short videos and then said to return them to their Udaipur address. I can say only that be aware of this fraud company.

I bought the MaheTri Portland Backpack (Tan dark brown). The quality of the buffalo leather is extremely premium. The colour, stitches and the looks of the leather bag is great!!! I loved it. Will definitely recommend it.

Wow it's a great and spacious bag and best than I expect. I prefer this as regular usage for carry laptop and some documents and in particular some occasions minimum trip luggage bag too along with either laptop or documents too.

Bought a wallet for father and crossbody bag for mom, both are amazing and mahetrj team recommended me to buy buffalo goods as they are good according to indian weather and they are really very nice and I appreciate thier suggestions too.

Ordered a leather chair cover which was perfect fit for my chair. And also happy with the quality of the leather too.

It's not full grain leather what they are selling.
The stitching is so poor...it literally came apart as I was trying to fit something in the pocket.
A single flimsy stitch line.
And the buckles are not brass at all.
They rust within a month
Overall a very poor quality leather bag
A waste of money
And the colour is not whats shown

Writing this review after purchasing my third product in a single month from MaheTri. During this day and age where all the companies are fraudulent, scamming and deliver fake products, this little startup from Udaipur is delivering what they are promising, that is pure, full grain leather. Thank you so much for the team for everything, I love your products.

I ordered the denver leather laptop briefcase, had really high hopes after reading the reviews online, but most of the reviews are paid. The bag did not fit my laptop of size 12x15.6 inches, which was discussed with the executive (Vinita) before ordering. The laptop bag's tanning dye transferred on to by shirt and my jeans and it won't come off. Please buy their products only if you're willing to ruin your clothes.

It's surprising that MaheTri would blame the weather and the logistic services but won't admit that their products are of poor quality.
