Very useful software and great after sale support, I had some minor questions after the purchase and the support team was right on top of it. Would recommend!

It was a great help in accessing my old archive, I highly recommend it.

The MBOX to PST Converter product was by far the fastest with all the added features without the bloated pricing. I used this solution to recover my Thunderbird folders after some of them disappeared, and I could not find a native Thunderbird solution for recovery. (Now I am back to using Outlook local - until forced to use the Office 365 version. ) This solution was able to pull my missing folders out of my Thunderbird profile location and successfully convert them to a PST format.

The versatility to convert to various formats (PST for me), targeted file/folder selection for conversion, and much more, made this my final selection after multiple other software reviews. Solid operation taking only half the time of other competitor solutions, able to preview files prior to conversion, accurate and 'actual' folder structure recovery, and can even open full attachments after a trial PST conversion. No hidden surprises with this tool...

The conversion steps from Thunderbird MBOX to Outlook PST were clear and straightforward. Well done!

Do MailsDaddy Tech Support staff ever answer questions??? I have repeatedly asked a simple question relating to how one goes about configuring the file naming convention (an advertised feature) and no one EVER bothers to respond. I don't even know if the feature still exists (but of course the IMAP Backup Tool is useless without it).

The toll surpassed my expectations. It performed extremely well, i had an archive PST of 43gb and i used this tool for splitting it date wise and it did the task accurately. None of the files get missing, the split was lossless and fast. I am impressed.

De momento mi opinión es negativa. He comprado el software, no funciona la clave de activación que me han enviado al correo y además me ha llegado un correo fraudulento, diciéndome que van a cargarmen 274€ en la tarjeta de crédito.

He intentado contactar y no contesta nadie.

Purchased the product, received an activation key, but the key didn't work.

Never heard back from support about the dead key.

Ended up purchasing another product elsewhere that worked flawlessly.

I bought one of products and asked for tech support later. I was helped immediately. I recommend this vendor. Application works great and support works great.

Horrible Support. If there are any errors good luck. My mail to support(at)mailssoftware.org and sales(at)mailssoftware.org were both ignored, same as my entry into their online form. Only reached support through waiting for hours with their online chat, even then the first chat I was ignored for hours so had to come back another day. Took over a month to get my software working, will be fine if you don't need support however I wouldn't run the risk.

Tenía una cuenta Outlook olm de Mac de 30 Gb, el programa lo paso a PST para Outlook Windows sin un solo problema ni perdías de datos. Totalmente recomendable.

Dodgy company with very rude and unhelpful "support". No matter the issue, their answer is to buy another product from them. Much better alternatives out there stay away from this mob!

Sorry I'm not too sure what you're referring to exactly but I didn't speak to anyone over chat. At the end of the day, its not a lifetime licence as I was told I need to buy another. Just telling people the truth.

I had an Mozilla Thunderbird account with a very complex folder structure and almost 30 GB of data that I needed converted so it could be used in Outlook.

The program worked flawlessly!! Talk about a relief.

I purchased MBOX to PST.
There was initially a technical issue that prevented from correctly listing MBOX content. I contacted Support, and they had an updated, fixed version within 24h.

Now working like a charm.
