Refused to refund me
I had a really disappointing experience with Mainstage. I contacted them multiple times asking to change ferries in my booking, but they ignored my requests and left the original ones in place. Despite sending an email chain clearly showing that I had asked for the changes, they refused to refund me for the extra ferry bookings that I didn’t need. Instead, they told me I could use the money as credit—but only for “extras” within my booking. The problem is, I had already booked all my extras, so this “credit” was useless. In the end, they essentially kept £140 without offering any real opportunity to refund it in time. Very poor communication and customer service—I wouldn’t book through them again.
