Maisie's Munch Avis

Maisie was sadly given a one star review unjustly due to a customer expecting free work, that she understandably couldn’t make viable.

She handled the situation really well and continues to make beautiful work. Small businesses like Maisie’s Munch need actual support and shouldn’t be expected to work without reward. Keep up your wonderful illustrations Maisie!

LOVE LOVE LOVE Maisie’s Munch!
My absolute go to gift option! So fab for any occasion. 💕

The absolute best. Rapid turn around and top customer service. Highly recommend

Amazing from start to finish. Ordered a few times and always been fantastic! Will defo be back for more very soon. X

Maisie's prints are beautiful, so perfect for gifts and such a unique and thoughtful idea. Her delivery is super speedy and everything comes beautiful packaged! Can't recommend enough!

Maisie is a wonderfully talented lady. Her creations are full of joy and happiness. I recently won a personalised medal drawing for my best friend’s mum who completed the London Marathon. The personalisation of the medals is so meaningful and heartwarming. She was over the moon with it. Tears were had.
Maisie is so great to deal with and really cares about what she does.

Thanks Maisie!! Drawing was the perfect gift for my boyfriend- messaged her after placing the order with a slight amendment and it was no issue. Would definitely order again and recommend to anyone

One of my absolute favourite small businesses.
Maisie and her work is amazing, I have both a commissioned A4 piece and a T-shirt of hers and I adore both of them. They’re so unique and personal and I can’t wait to order my next one soon…
Also Maisie is so easy to work with, on two different occasions I’ve had to change my delivery address with her and both times she did it with no problems.
Everyone needs a Maisie’s Munch in their house ❤️

Tried to chat with Maisie via instagram DM which is where she advertises you to contact her and I had no reply for weeks, when I did she just replied saying “no thank you” even though I’d asked about multiple things including a private commission for my friends birthday.

Really unusual for a small business to act in such a way as the customers are the ones that keep it going and I was genuinely happy and excited to be using her skills for a thoughtful gift. Maybe she doesn’t want the work? Who knows…

Great experience - picture is exactly what I wanted. When I asked for an amendment after placing the order this was responded to quickly and there was no issue with making the change. Many thanks, would recommend

No complaints here, came on time in perfect condition!
