Total scam! Would give 0 stars if possible.
The products are super low quality. I ordered two ‘satin’ robes with feathers and one bathrobe. The ‘satin’ robes lose their feathers as soon as you open the packaging. The bathrobe was supposed to be floor length but I’m only 1m67 and it barely covers my knees.

The tags are in Chinese, and they don’t even bother taking the Chinese packaging off and replacing it with their own.

I suspect they ask a lot of money and then order everything from Temu or other Chinese webstores.

I must say I did get a response from CS but from what I can read in the other reviews, they don’t do refunds because the items are already on sale. Still largely overpriced though for the ‘quality’.

I paid 150€ for a Watch that never came, and they don’t answer when you send a mail

The quality is not good at all. They advertise the items as silk. It's polyester at best. Takes far too long to arrive. Don't go near this company.

DO NOT BUY! It's a dropshipping brand. I ordered 200 euros worth of clothes a month ago and the shipping keeps saying "Your package is waiting to be picked up by the carrier".

Customer service doesn’t exist. They respond on instagram but they are not reliable. The package never got delivered to me and when I reached out to them for refund they never responded back.

Scam, i get my money back with Revolut. But i never get my robe…

DO NOT!!! purchase anything from these total scammers. The items arrived and looked nothing like the online pictures and were awful cheap quality.
They supplied me with a fake return address, which cost me more money to post, by the items we're returned with no refund. I have lost over £100 and am deeply disappointed. As I've never been scammed like this before. Please save your money and don't buy from them.

My order has been processed on June 3rd. No new info about it. The order no is 1580. Through my bank, I will pursue legal action with the merchant if you do not send my order within this week.
I advise you to kindly reply to my email about this order, which I sent.

Refused to accept cancellation request that was made correctly under Consumer Protection Laws. Has not acknowledged they are breaking the law. Refused to provide return shipping address. Has not responded to my emails in over 3 weeks. A scam company acting illegally.

I am incredibly disappointed with my purchase, I purchased a leopard set. Before placing my order, I specifically checked the website product description, which clearly stated the fabric was a cotton and spandex blend, however upon receiving the item. the tag says 95% polyester and 5% elastane, there is absolutely no cotton in these at all.

I should have read the reviews first. A total scam, avoid at all cost! They don’t accept returns saying the products were on “final sale”. It was not mentioned while placing order. Don’t be the next victim.

My experience with Maison Robes has been extremely disappointing.
I placed an order over a month ago and still have not received my item. Every time I followed up, I was told that the order was being processed or had already been shipped, but nothing ever arrived.completely scam.
What makes this even more frustrating is that the company repeatedly encourages customers to download the Shop app to track their orders. I did exactly that, but the order status never changed and provided no useful information. Despite multiple inquiries, I was never given a clear explanation or a reliable update on where my order actually was.
The lack of transparency, the inconsistent information, and the complete absence of meaningful order updates have made this experience very disappointing. Based on my personal experience, I strongly recommend not to order from Maison Robes.

Avoid at all costs. Cheap Chinese website refusing to honour the return policy. If you use PayPal you need to report within 30 days of receiving the item!!!

This is SCAM. Do not buy here. Its cheap crap coming from China, and they don’t accept return so you loose your money always. Don’t give them anything!

Terrible. I have ordered clothes since march, and it is June now. Even though I contacted them and they responded - it’s been a month since and nothing was delivered. Absolute scam!!!!!!! And this is sad seeing so many people got scammed as well. Be aware!!!

This is a scam. I placed an order over two months ago and have contacted the company on numerous occasions only to receive very generic and patronising responses advising that someone would contact me. Never happens, no delivery and generally An absolute disgrace. Do not buy from this company.

Absolute Scam | Stay Away!

I am deeply disappointed with Mason Ropes and would strongly warn anyone considering a purchase. This is, without a doubt, one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had.

Product Quality: The quality is shockingly poor. What is advertised on the website looks luxurious and premium — what actually arrives at your door is the complete opposite: cheap, flimsy, and borderline unusable. The gap between expectation and reality is enormous.

Sizing & Description Accuracy: Sizes deviate significantly from what is listed in the product descriptions. The actual items look and feel nothing like what is shown on the website. Misleading advertising at its finest.

Theme/Design Quality: Even the thematic quality of the products is extremely low. Everything feels rushed, mass-produced, and utterly lacking in the craftsmanship they claim to offer.

Customer Support – Completely Useless: This is where things get even worse. Their customer support is absolutely unhelpful. Every time you raise a legitimate concern, they deflect by pointing to an automatically applied sale discount as a justification — seemingly using it to enforce their internal store policy and avoid taking responsibility. They show zero understanding of international consumer protection laws and basic customer rights. No accountability whatsoever.

Conclusion: Mason Ropes presents itself as a luxury brand but delivers substandard, misleading products backed by an incompetent support team. Save your money and shop elsewhere. Absolute scam. Do not buy.
