My order had a pretty glaring typo. When I asked for a refund they only offered me fifty percent, which is insulting. I was able to get that up to 80%, which is honestly still insulting but I didn't feel like dealing with the issue any longer. Will not be shopping from this site again.

However, we offered to replace you with a new item with the right lettering, but you refused, and we are very sorry that we can only reimburse you 80% of the whole transaction because we also lost the production and shipping fees. SCAM! POOR QUALITY! DON'T BUY
First the quality is horrible the color looks like someone printed on a printer that was low on ink. Doesn't look at all like what you would expect, so if you buy prepare to be disappointed. Their return policy is a joke! They first try to tell you that it's past the deadline for returns. I received my item a week before, so let them know that wasn't the case. They will tell you they will let you return it, but when you try to they tell you no cause THEY think you received a quality product. What? No, I must disagree I'm the one looking at it. Don't waste your money or time total scam!

However, as we have checked, you ordered in early May (May 1 at 8:05 PM), the order shipped in May 9 and you did not contact us until the end of the month (May 27). So we retain the ability not to deal with that issue with you because it has been about a month since you received the item and we are unsure whether or not you have utilized it. However, we requested the photo and discovered that the item you received resembled a mock-up, so we are not able to accept your return and refund to you, we hope you could understand our situation. Canvas Print - Exceeds Expectations
I am beyond thrilled with my canvas print! It was a splurge present for myself, and I LOVE IT!!!! The quality is impeccable, the price was quite the value, shipping was fast, packaging was very protected, and most of all the Cat Drinking Whisky (Scottish spelling, thank you!) is fabulously portrayed in all his glory!!!
