Despite my confirmation for a scan on Jan 8th at 12 PM, your executive failed to book the appointment. I traveled 40km only to be turned away because the clinic had no record of me. I have attached the chat logs showing the executive's mistake.
As my treatment plan has not started and your team failed to provide the initial service, I am not bound by the "no refund" policy. I am also dealing with a personal medical emergency and require these funds back immediately. Please confirm the processing of my refund by EOD.
