Amazing service and communication!!!

Very helpful and understanding regarding a replacement of my order. Communication was good throughout and I was constantly kept updated.
Very happy with the finished product

Purchased a view finder and the pictures were awful. All graining and no definition so just blurry and pixelated. Requested a full refund and send 2 days arguing and offered part refund.. i would not recommend as just wasting money and seem yo have no customer sercice at all

This website is absolutely ridiculous by advertising free delivery over 49 pounds but at the checkout still asking to pay delivery for 8 pounds the cheapest. Moreover, on the personalised gift for mum with a frame when preparing the order you don't have a selection for roses as square or heart, so basically you don't know what kind of product you will be sent. In addition, if you try to get in touch with customer service is only an automated robot where actually is saying that you are talking to one of the experts team member. As mentioned above, absolutely ridiculous!!!!

This is yet another scam company on the internet. I wish I had read the reviews on trustpilot first, before placing an order with these scammers! Had I read them, no way I would have placed an order with them. I relied on this company to deliver something special for Valentines Day! I am disgusted by them and please do yourself a favour, avoid this company like the plague!

Not as advertised!

Not a custom plushie but a print of your picture on the pillow. I could do that myself for half the price. Very disappointed that I didn’t read these reviews upfront.

Did not receive my item, received an email to say it had been delivered only to find photos of a random front door that isn't mine.
Contacted customer services who are sending useless replies like check with everyone in your household check your mailbox etc...
I've already said this isn't my house.
Opened a dispute with PayPal who found In the sellers favour as they have proof of delivery even though it's been misdelivered.
Absolute waste of my time and money and they are also based in China not the Uk

Says it’s UK site but it’s actually China. Order arrived bent and broken. Partially the shipping company’s fault, but they also packed it in a thin cardboard with no padding or anything. Photos are also not great condition. Overall I think definitely not worth the high price point

'Plushie' arrived but not as advertised! Stay away! the item i order was a custom plushie for my child, i got sent a print out of the picture on a 'pillow' not a plushie. Asked for a refund as misadvertised, still waiting reply. Avoid!

DO NOT use this company. Not based in the UK at all and do not deliver anything close to the product ordered OR in the timeframe quoted.

SCAM WEBSITE! do not buy from here. said it was a UK website, but when i emailed to track the late delivery, they said it was stuck at customs? also, when i put my card details in they took an extra £10 for “priority shipping” and “VIP delivery” (a load of rubbish cause it took over 2 weeks to come) do yourself a favour and order from the official website not this awful fraudulent one

I wish I had read the reviews of this company!!. Save your money . I order a personal action figure for my wife . It is the worst quality I have seen . Its just a cheap key ring.I paid £27 and it’s not worth anything. Email sent to them, asking for refund but I’m not holding my breath .

Unfortunately I can't review the product itself as if never arrived. I spoke to customer service on a number of occasions but was given an excuse everytime for why I haven't received my item. It's been several weeks and I missed the event I initially brought the item for. Additionally I paid extra for a faster service and I was offered a 2.99 refund for all my troubles.

Giving one star because it's not possible to give none..TERRIBLE quality, nothing like the item advertised..Wish I had researched the reviews before I spent my money. Rip-off

Terrible products absolut con artists do not buy you will not get what you ordered I ordered an action figure and got a key ring for £30

There was a misprint on the jigsaw puzzle I had ordered, Elsie, the lady who helped me was very kind, polite, efficient and professional. I got emails back within 24 hours of sending mine and the problem was rectified extremely quickly, all I had to do was send a picture of the misprint on the puzzle and the box. Very happy with how quickly and easily it was resolved.
