Bought 3 perfumes. All 3 original and I received them in perfect shape and well packaged. Shipping took a bit longer than anticipated and the status on the shipping company was stuck for few days (while still moving, just not updating). Ordered on 31st, received them on 11th. Not bad since they travelled from PL to USA (all the way to the west coast).

Customer support super responsive, friendly and professional, luckily had no problems with the items so I cannot speak how the interaction would had been in that case.

I love the products I ordered and I verified authenticity (QR code).

I chose to buy from them because they had one fragrance that I couldn't find anywhere else ...

They sent me an open box with an already used product. Will be contesting the charge with my credit card company.

I received the shampoo with a damaged dispenser, which was a bit disappointing at first. However, the customer service team handled the situation quickly and professionally, and the issue was resolved without any problems. I really appreciate their support and responsiveness. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would order again.

My parcel’s last tracking update was on Tuesday, 17 February. Since then, I have not received any updates, explanations, or any form of communication or customer support from either Evri or MAKEUP.UK.

i ordered several packets of cerave moisturizer 16oz refills because they are not sold where i live. my order was processed quickly and they informed me of a delay of shipping before i had a chance to even wonder where my order was. upon arrival i discovered one of the packets had burst during shipping. i contacted customer service and they handled my claim quickly and efficiently.

I've got my package, the products are original.

This company is dishonest. Do not buy from them. They sent a partial order and when i emailed customer service they offered a minimal $5 credit which was much less then what i purchased. They claimed they checked a video in shipping that the number of items was correctly sent. This is laughable and ridiculous to me.

I've ordered from this site several times over the past couple years. My latest 2 orders were placed in mid-January and another a couple weeks later near the end of the month. Combined the orders had 15 items at a bit over $100. All items were included and arrived in excellent condition. Both packages arrived about 2 weeks after being ordered which is very reasonable to deliver to the middle of the US. Both meest and usps tracking were accurate. Took 8-10 days for usps to get the package from the day the labels were created.

I had read the reviews here prior to my latest purchases, but as I never had any previous problems, I ordered anyway and I am still fully satisfied with my experience. Honestly, I will definitely order from them again as they are the only place to buy certain discontinued items I can't get in the US.

I placed order 1770377178-0675 on Feb 6th. It is now Feb 11th, and the company is playing games. They provided a fake tracking number (LX031633847NL) that is NOT registered in the Posten system. The carrier hasn't even received the package!
Customer service (Julia) sends scripted lies while my money is gone and my order is stuck in their warehouse. This is a total scam and a violation of consumer rights. I am a loyal customer, but this experience has caused me significant distress. Fix this IMMEDIATELY or I will take this further. Avoid this store if you value your nerves and time!

I ordered from them and NOTHING came. I reached out multiple times, no answer. I followed their “tracking” and it said it didn’t leave on one page and another
It was in another state for weeks. This is a SCAM! Do not waste your money or time. Really wish I didn’t just flush money down the toilet. I’ll be fighting the charge!

I guess I should’ve read all the bad reviews. I placed an order 1/20/ 2026.
Could not see order in my in history so I sent them a mail to customer service. They replied the day after saying everything was fine and that it was on its way. They said 4 to 6 business days. Today I got a message from USPS saying they were delivering it, but then I received another message saying it was an insufficient address and therefore it was returned to sender. So I never got it.
Definitely not 4-6 days delivery and I doublechecked the address I placed on order and it was correct.
I’m not spending any more time on this bogus thing so I disputed the charge and I was already refunded from my credit card.
Be aware.

This is my second order from this company to US, last order was 2 years ago. I placed my order through their website January 21, 2026 and the package was delivered at my door February 2, 2026. I paid for the products and sales tax on their website, no additional tariffs were due on receipt. The products are fresh with expiration date in late 2028. No issues whatsoever, great shopping experience, will definitely buy again. I don't understand all the negative reviews.

I ordered from them several times, Davidoff Cool Water, and had no complaints; the delivery was fast, and the product was of good quality. But the last time I waited more than a month for delivery and received only three items instead of the eight I ordered. Customer service refused to resolve the problem. I will not order from them again, and I don't recommend them to you either.

Ordered Nivea soap no longer available on Amazon and a lipstick. It took about 3 weeks to arrive but no issues, coming from overseas is understanable. I am so happy I can buy these soap again. Thank You

This is 100% scam. I ordered 2 items worth of $40.00 on December 7, 2025 and never received it. More than a month passed since I placed an order despite they stated on invoice it would delivered 12/16/2025. I called numerous times to the number provided on their website, 516-758-2697, and there is always busy signal. They replied to my emails and stated that my order got stuck at the customs and as soon as it clears I will receive it. This was the answer to all my emails to them. They even will provide USPS tracking number which reflects absolutely nothing. I had to file dispute with my credit card company. Scam. Scam. Scam.
