Makkah2madinah Avis 

I booked Makkah2Madinah for all my transport during our Umrah trip, including Jeddah Airport to Fairmont Makkah, Makkah Ziyarat, transfer to the Makkah train station, pickup from Madinah train station to Sofitel Shahd Al Madinah, and finally the return to Jeddah Airport.
Everything went exactly as planned. Every driver arrived on time, the vehicles were clean and comfortable, and communication on WhatsApp was excellent throughout. We were travelling as a family with a young child, so having reliable transport made a huge difference and took away a lot of stress.
The Makkah Ziyarat was well organised, and all the transfers were smooth with no delays. I would happily use Makkah2Madinah again for future Umrah trips and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable transport service. Thank you for making our journey so easy.

Really good service, no problem at all as soon as we landed jaddah airport, driver was waiting for us. Very good communication with haider bhai. Our tour driver zubair, he was amazing through out and very helpful kind and friendly. THANK YOU SO MUCH ZUBAIR . I got injured in saudia with very bad knee injuries. He dropped me to the hospital and carry on zayarat for rest of my family member. While I was in hospital for treatment zubair was continually in touch with me regard to my injuries. On the way back from madina to jaddah airport, he make the journey as much as comfortable. It was my fist experience travelling Makkah to madina. I would recommend anyone who is travelling, take a full package of the tours.

Some minor delays around pick ups which can be reduced thru better guidance by management to the drivers.

I booked a few months in advance of my travel and nearer the time decided to use the train (Makkah to Medina) which M2M were happy to accommodate.
The communication was excellent all the way throughout and the taxis showed up on time at all locations.
The journey was as follows:
Jeddah to Makkah hotel
Makkah hotel to train station
Medina station to Medina hotel
Medina hotel to airport.
Overall M2M made the journey headache free and it meant we had one less thing to organise while doing our Umrah.
I would use again if I went with family.
