Fantastic customer service
Despite issues with the courier losing parcels they'd sent out on more than one occasion the customer service was brilliant. Went out of their way to make sure the items I'd ordered arrived. Tops look great and fit really well.

Still haven’t received my order. I have emailed both malenzo and royal mail and got no response. I ordered nearly a month ago

Hope you are well and thanks for taking the time to leave a review.
We can not find an email from you to say you have not received your item but if you could please check you have sent it to info@malenzo.co.uk that would be excellent.
We can only apologise that your item has been delayed arriving to you we know how frustrating this must be, we checked your order and we sent it with next day delivery 2 weeks ago which is extremely frustrating for us both that it hasn’t arrived.
We will chase this up tomorrow with The Royal Mail and I will get back to you with a response. We have lots of serious delays with orders that were sent from the Black Friday weekend.
The Royal Mail are conducting an investigation into this themselves as we have already lodged a complaint but we will add yours to the list and update you asap.
We can only apologise again but as soon as we hand the item over to Royal Mail we have to rely on them to deliver it on time which at this time of year they seem to be struggling to do.
I’ll be in touch again tomorrow once I have spoke to them

I've never had a bad fitted piece of Malenzo garment, and I've bought from every one of their launches. I have recommended every one of my friends and family to buy from this company. What ever they are doing they are doing it right, keep it up!

Could do better! .... but recovered the situation!
Not all the items were in stock, despite logging in at 7pm in response to an email that said the stock would be available from 7pm.....
The order included one incorrectly sized item (ordered XL and XXL; was sent 2 XLs)
I've emailed to get a refund form (in line with the Easy Returns advertised) and no-one's responded.
On a positive note, the product itself looks & feels good quality and well made.
Update: I received a response this evening to my email. To be fair to Malenzo, they have apologised, addressed the error with the wrongly-sent item, and refunded the delivery cost. Availability remains an issue which hopefully will improve in future

Thanks for taking the time to leave a 4 star review even though we made a mistake with your order.
6/7 items were correctly packed and sent to you but we sent 2 XLs in the same garment instead of an XL and XXL so again I would like to apologise for this.
We responded to your email 6 hours later which I agree could have been sooner but due to then recent launch we have been busier than usual, we normally respond within the hour.
We have refunded you some of your order to apologise for the inconvenience caused and will replace the missing item.
Regarding one item being out of stock straight away - unfortunately this is the main issue we have as a reasonably 'new' business. The demand far outweighs what we can make/put on sale so it results in some sizes selling out almost instantly.
We know you managed to get 7 out of the 8 items you wanted before they sold out but if we have any returns for the item that did sell out before you can purchase we will make sure you are first to be able to purchase it.
I hope this is ok and we really appreciate your patience and support.

Having heard of the quality of malenzo clothes I thought I would give them a try and so bought 2 polo shirts. Absolutely amazing quality, a boss fit and looks decent on aswell.
