Above and beyond!
Bought the Varenna polo in light sand! Spoke to James as slight problem with delivery which was not his fault and he sorted ASAP! His communication and effort to please was something I’ve not experienced before! Off a small problem like this he’s actually sent me the navy Varenna as well! Like I say above and beyond and exceptional quality product!!! I love this!!! The service and aftercare of Malenzo and James, Is second to none! Outstanding! Thanks again James!!!

This shirt is very comfortable
This shirt is very comfortable. The neck was a little tight at first but feels fine now. I’m not a large person so the length is long but I wear it tucked into my trousers anyway. I’m 5’6” 38 inch chest and bought a size S.

Also, we welcome all feedback about the garments so the length being slightly long for a 5”6 gentleman is great feedback for us, we are looking to expand to size xs in the coming months so this may be a slightly better fit length wise.

Lovely top
Lovely top, only down point I did ask for the del address to be changed and it was confirmed that it would be then still delivered to the wrong address. It was my parents house so no harm done but could have been a pain if address hasn’t been changed as promised.

That is very strange regarding the delivery address being changed as we did change it for you then emailed you confirmation that we changed it to the right address, you confirmed it was, so we thought it was job done. The only thing i can think of is maybe it updated on our end but didn't update on the side of the Royal Mail which we can only apologise for.
We're glad it didn't cause too much inconvience as the original address was your parents but none the less this it is still a small inconvience so we have just refunded you 10% of your order as a form of apology.

What a product and what a service! The guys at Malenzo really know their stuff about fabrics and fit, but also their service is incredible! The delivery was quick, came nicely packaged in a stylish zip bag with a paper wrap and a sticker on, Lovely touch!
