The staff are dismissive, arrogant and the company is just useless. They ignore your calls for months, then set up and automated callback and hang up.

Having issues with my housing association about work they need to fix it is beyond a joke how they fob you off with excuses.
i am really impressed with a lady i spoke to today how polite and knowledgeable she was and made me feel valued first class service from start to finish on my issues i would definitely recommend this company to anyone can not fault them
