Tiny glasses dont be fooled by the pics
Like the other negative reviews on here, the quality of the product does not match the price they are charging. Buyer beware - these are not full sized glasses they're advertising on their website but TASTING GLASSES aka tiny vessels that only hold one cup of liquid. I was going to give this as a present to my partner but when I received the order I realised it would be too embarrassing to give these shot glasses as a present. I emailed the company about it but I felt the tone of the reply was more defensive than apologetic.
They did ask if I wanted to return the order but I just can't be bothered to arrange logistics. For $40 a glass, I reckon these look like they're only worth $10. Basically overpriced for the size and quality. Look elsewhere if you want good quality products and don't be fooled by the pretty pictures on the website.

Thanks for your review.
I am having a hard time finding your order with us - but based on what you have written I am going to assume you are talking about the Asama glass. Yes, this glass is a tasting glass - but I would like to assure you and our potential customers that this is the only glass of this size that we sell - the rest are in fact full sized glasses.
We have of course provided the size of the glass in the product description as well as mentioned that it is for tasting sessions - though I respect that maybe this information regarding the Asama is not as obviously available as it should be, this will be rectified.

The glasses are absolutely stunning. The most beautiful design and craftsman ship. So easy to order and delivery was also fast and matched the time estimated. Would recommend as a gift for a special occasion any time. The great range also enables it be pretty personal.

Not value for money
I had two Japanese inspired whisky glasses . One is Sakura snow which is quite good. Good size n shape. However the Sengen is a bit of disappointment. The size is small n super light. It feels a bit cheap. Not value for money.

Being in lockdown I ordered a gift for a friend to be delivered directly to his home. I asked the office staff if they could add a birthday card with a note on it as well and I am happy to report that they went above and beyond to assist with my request. The product was also boxed up nicely and delivered promptly.
