Damaged on delivery. But fobbed off when reported. pictures sent but claimed were not sufficient. It was clear enough to see.

Reply to edit. The damage was not that bad. has I explained in my first email the plastic end cap was damaged. a picture was sent which was clear enough. the end cap was probably a £5 item. but the solution was to sent a 40kg set of side steps back at more cost than the damage. not that difficult to sort

The items were delivered very fast.

I had the pleasure of meeting the team at a the Land Rover Show, I ended up buying quite a few items during the show. I have to say the service provided under busy circumstances was great!
So much so i placed an additional order for collection post show.
Advice and support was really helpful and i have decided to move away from another well know parts provider due to the lack of customer service and wrong orders, keep up the good work.
If i was to mention a negative it would be to ensure the parts counter is crewed correctly as the collection time waits were very long, however this could of been due to the increase in orders post show.

Very quick and prompt service and delivery

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff I dealt with. Delivery was very quick a really smooth process.

Ordered an exhaust for my td5 discovery 2 on a Sunday evening, by midday Tuesday it was delivered to my house for free, complete with rubbers and the correct gasket and for no delivery cost. Will definitely be ordering more parts from them (and I will need plenty more as I own a land rover)

The front of the house (I have dealt with a couple of them) were very experienced and helpful on every occasion, I have in fact carried out a full Land Rover nut and bolt rebuild, in doing so spent thousands of pounds with them, never once had a bad experience and will continue to use them in the Future.

Quick and speedy delivery of part for our freelander 2 at a competitive price

Pre-sales service is good, got loads of help and rapid responses about parts, and their prices are better than others.

I ordered a parts kit (£400) with the view to doing the work on my car with a friend of mine.

Unfortunately his mother in law was taken ill and the weekend we had put aside had to cancelled.

The next weekend, unfortunately his wife's mother passed away so he's going to he busy for the next few weeks.

I've opted not to wait and to sort my car via a garage, I thought returning the parts would be no problem as they're unused and in fact completely unopened.

Unfortunately the policy for returns is 14 days, and I was two days over this. Initially they refused the refund, and I struggled getting hold of the parts manager. But my review here flagged this issue with someone else (the parts manager was on leave) he's now got back to me and after returning the kit he's refunded me 90% of the value of the parts (there's a 10% restock fee).

If you think you may not use the parts, make sure you're aware of the 14 days policy and restock fee, which I think they should consider changing for non-business purchasers. But otherwise I recommend Maltings. Special thanks to Luke.
