I have used this company 3 times
I have used this company 3 times. Twice a couple of years ago - they were brilliant. More recently, very lazy. Late, took several breaks which I was charged for, refused to carry my mattress up the stairs as apparently they had bad backs, poor packing, no care for my belongings. Sadly wont be using them again.

THIS COMPANY IS POPULAR FOR COMMITTING FRAUD, STEALING PEOPLES PROPERTY AND DIVERTING TO THEIR WAREHOUSE WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT THEN THEY WILL FORCE YOU TO FORK OUT AN ADDITIONAL AMOUNT TO DELIVER. A BUNCH OF HEARTLESS CRIMINALS. THEY PURPOSELY SENT YOU A SMALL VAN AND WHEN YOU ASK FOR A BIGGER VAN THEY TREAT YOU LIKE CRAP. PLEASE BEWARE. DO NOT USE

The texting system confirming the…
The texting system confirming the booking was a bit ropey and made me a little uneasy to start with. But on the day the guys were great. Very friendly and worked very hard packing and loading. Unfortunately they had underestimated the amount of things I had despite the video survey from BuzzMove. They ended up having to do two trips (fortunately my new property was minutes down the road) and the end of the job was a bit rushed. All in all though, a good experience and very reasonably priced. I would recommend. Thanks guy

Saved on short notice
The guys that helped us out got to us on really short notice after another company let us down. They were really friendly and very quick to load and unload the van for us. All our belongings were handled with care. We would definitely use this company again!

Brilliant service from booking to completion.
I used this service this morning to assist moving a few things into storage.
The whole process from the booking was a great experience. The customer service was very pleasant and they were only too happy to answer and questions or concerns that you have.
The man not only assisted me with moving to storage but he also helped me to load the storage locker which for me was an ‘above and beyond’ service.
I most definitely will use them again and recommend to my friends, family and others.
10/10 top notch 👍🏾
