Manchester First Aid Training Avis

An interesting and enlightening session with Andrea. I learnt a lot today.
I also received my certificate.
Thank you Andrea.

Jo is a fantastic trainer, gets everyone engaged, felt at ease and comfortable. Able to ask questions, content was good, range of videos, photos, discussion, practices,
Really enjoyable. Well done Jo 😊

Emma was lovely, made me feel comfortable as I didn’t know anyone else on the course! Been on first aid training lots of times over the years this is the best one I’ve been on!

Joanne (the trainer) was incredible. She was so enthusiastic, knowledgeable and friendly. There wasn't a question you couldn't ask or something you didn't feel you could clarify. I really enjoyed the content and the delivery - the use of videos and photos and personal stories made it personable and kept it interesting. It was great to be able to practice everything from making a sling, to CPR and helping someone who is choking. I learned a lot and enjoyed it. Definitely would recommend the course.

Emma was a great teacher. Learnt so much and had fun along the way. Thanks!

One of the most useful first aid courses. The instructors were very helpful and informative. They kept the session interactive and accessible. Moreover, we had the opportunity to practice the skills ourselves.

Training was fun and helpful. The Instructor teached us a lot. Hours of session flew very quick because everyone was exited and no one had time to get bored

The instructor is incredibly nice and teaches really well! All of the useful information we learnt was very easy and accessible to comprehend. The session was very fun and the time flew by quickly:)

It was an excellent experience. Learned a lot and Andrea was fun!

Excellent course. Lots of chance to practice the skills taught- Andy presented the information in a very accessible way and made everything very straightforward.

I have trained with Manchester First Aid Training a few times now and each time has been great. Our group was mainly made up of Childminders and their staff and we all did the blended learning paediatric first aid course which took place at my home which is so convenient for everyone completing the course. Jo was very friendly and put everyone at ease. You can really tell that Jo is very knowledgeable and experienced and that she loves her job. She's very professional and we all loved how interactive it was. We will definitely be continuing to do future first aid courses with Manchester First Aid Training. Thank you Jo!

Jo is such an inspirational trainer. She keeps the session entertaining and interactive. The time just flies. We learn so much through her teaching style and it will stick with me because I enjoyed it. Thanks Jo

Thanks Andrew for a great learning experience! Very professional and engaging. No dull moments.

Highly recommended to any new learner or someone doing a refresher.

The session was very informative and enjoyable.

Andrea was very informative but also able to hold our attention.

Very enlightening and enhanced my knowledge on First Aid. The trainer had a wealth of knowledge and provided valuable insights.

Our experience today was amazing, Jo always goes above and beyond with her training we enjoyed the stories she told us and the videos are very informative even the online course keeps you entertained with all the information and videos to watch, also the practical side is really helpful for a hands on experience.

We had a wonderful time with Karen. She explained everything clearly and in a simplified manner fully demonstrating and giving us opportunities of trying it out. She was correct our mistakes in love, showing respect to everyone. Had a chat with her after the training as I will so much wish to be trainer like her one day. As a former i would love to endeavor in this filled and be a trainer as well. Hoping with further study with the organization, I will get there. A lovely day of training indeed.

Andy R was fantastic. Don’t think I’ve ever had a better trainer in any training I’ve experienced. He was just a genuinely nice guy and completely hilarious!! He kept the session fast paced and engaging, and he absolutely knows his stuff.

David was an outstanding trainer. He kept the group engaged and his knowledge was superb. The training was practical and experienced driven, which was impactful and supported the learning points.
