I have to message the company to ask…
I have to message the company to ask them to send my orders, there clearly not checking there orders properly,I ordered mine on Friday after the cut off point which I understand,but I shouldn't have to be messaging the company at 4pm Monday asking when my orders being processed

Hi Damien,
You first emailed us asking why your order hadn't dispatched on a Monday and we explained to you because you ordered after the 4pm cut off point on the Friday your order would be dispatched on the Monday, then your second order you placed was also on a Friday after the 4pm cut off point and again you messaged us asking why your order hadn't been dispatch on the Friday. We did advise you to order before the 4pm cut off for same day dispatch.
Sorry if from our side we wasn't more clear about the cut off point.

Didn’t have the wicking cotton I ordered in stock and so rung me to let me know, gave me two options to choose to replace it with and when I struggled to decide put both in for me so I could see what I liked at no extra cost. Great customer service.

Ordered 3 bottles of juice
Ordered 3 bottles of juice, got a phone call saying one bottle was waiting to be delivered to them. Asked if I wanted the other 2 delivered and was I ok waiting for the 3rd? I got 2 bottles the next day and the 3rd a day before their estimated time of delivery.

Excellent customer service
I was having problems finding the vape juice I use, I contacted vapeman and he got back to me straight away saying he would look through his stock and let me know asap, true to his word he sent me a photo of what I wanted, I ordered and it came a came a couple of days later.
