Terrible service, arranged to meet at workshop at 9am. Didn’t arrive and said he was 40 mins away after us specifically arranging this time as it was best for Carlos. After this I called an hour later and he stopped answering my calls. Wasted my Saturday. I certainly wouldn’t be handing my hard eared money over to Manchester Worktops and Carlos. If he’s like this before the sale I would dread to think how bad it could get if something went wrong.

From the very first phone call as a general enquiry to completion of the work Carlos was most professional and informative and gave us some really good advice without being pushy. Arrived when he said he would and also returned the next day when the job could not be completed due to circumstances out of his control. Also a very quick turnaround from templating to completion and substantially cheaper than other quotes we had received. Would definitely recommend Carlos and his team for an honest professional service.

I was really pleased with the service I received from Carlos. I contacted a few local companies who didn't even bother getting back to me with a quote. Carlos provided a quote the same day, called round the next day to check measurements and it was ordered and fitted a few days later. He was really professional, friendly and helpful - we had an issue with our tap size after the worktop was fitted due to me changing taps and Carlos was round the next day to sort at no extra cost. I would definitely recommend using Manchester Worktops if you want the best service, competitive prices and a company that values their customers.

Wow what a company. We met Carlos and arranged to have new quartz worktops for our kitchen. He was very fast coming round measuring up and giving us a quote. Within days everything was ready and he and Ollie came round to do the installation. What professionals and friendly people they were. I'm a bit of a perfectionist and like everything just right, but Carlos had ensured everything was absolutely perfect and there was nothing i could fault.
