Exercise Ring From Manchestore

The whole purchasing experience has been first class.
I saw the exercise ring for sale from Manchestore. The advert made me feel this was something very much worth purchasing, to compliment the Pilates and Yoga I also do. It was very reasonably priced and postage was very fair too. So it was purchased.
I was informed when the parcel was due to be delivered and once it arrived it was well packaged. Upon opening the package I found the ring had arrived safely.

I purchased a Stainless Steel…

I purchased a Stainless Steel Household Faucet Water Purifier from this website. Within few weeks of use, it started to leak. i sent them the initial complaint and i was asked to provide video evidence for the leakage. ever since i sent them the video evidence, they ghosted me. The product is a complete waste of money and no support from them as well.

They don't reply to emails they were…

They don't reply to emails they were super quick to take my money very slow for my order to be delivered and hey I still haven't received it they are a joke

The product was clearly A LOT more…

The product was clearly A LOT more cheaply made than what was shown in the online advert, and "customer services" ignored every attempt I made to contact them. Do not buy from them.

Update since previous review

Following my previous review manchestore did repay just half the price of mis advertised goods. They then responded to review asking how they could resolve my disatisfaction. I spent yet more time explaining in detail that a full refund should have been given and full details why. Sadly the only response was a reminder they had given a partial refund. The responder ignored the content of my email which included details of the partial refund and the fact that a full refund should have been given in accordance with their guarantee and uk trading standards law. My best advice is don't buy from this company as the goods are not as advertised, they don't stand over their guarantee. You cannot communicate with them and will be left out of pocket, disgruntled and have wasted a lot of time and energy .

What a big con watch a video of the…

What a big con watch a video of the item order it takes ages to arrive and nothing like the video at all customer service not sending out returns address but want to give you voucher to spend on website so you end up with more tatt no thank you

I purchased a boning knife

I purchased a boning knife, “Recommended by Michelin starred chef” it’s cheap it’s not sharp and not even fit for purpose, tried to get a refund, now being ignored. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY.

Not as advertised

The item I received does not function properly and does not match the description.
It doesn’t stick/work correctly and feels like a low-quality or fake product.

Waste of money. I would not buy from this seller again.

Good looking watch, but watch face…

Good looking watch, but the watch face has sharp edges and the metal watch band also feels cheap with sharp edges and poor finish. The watch is easy to navigate and impressive. Packaging was not like shown in the ad. I hope this helps, it's an honest review.

I would give zero if I could

I would give zero if I could. It says made in the UK but it has USA on the boxes. The size of the patches are smaller than the U.K ones and lots of warnings are coming up about scams. I am a pensioner and have health issues where losing weight would help me. I am pretty much disgusted by this , scam comes to mind. Eileen Russell

Great suction item holder

Great suction item holder. Put in bathroom. Been up nearly 2 weeks and still strongly attached. I ordered 4 and used 2 and given 2 to family. Quite roomy to hold wipes, face wipes, deodorants and moisturisers on tiles at bathroom mirror.

Hi I am so sorry to say, when I received the package it was leaking everywhere, I didn't use it as I can't use not good protect as per I feel bcus it was leaking and not unusable I willnot recommend to anyone.
