I wound up with two bottles of powder when I wanted to spray

Love the product.

Ease of use. The top broke on the spraying portion of the product.

I SPRAYED IT AND GOD FORBID, YOU PLACE YOUR HAND, FINGERS ETC....YOU HAVE, WHAT LOOKS TO BE, BLACK SOOT ALL OVER YOUR HANDS, FINGERS, ETC...

I don't know what I would do if it wasn't for Mane products. No one knows I have thinning hair. Why? Because Mane products work 100%. I use the shampoo, conditioner and fiber spray. I shampoo, condition, dry and spray. I brush through my hair and it is like magic. No more thinning spots. You gain confidence with Mane products.

It did make my hair a bit thicker but I need a new can of it in Light Brown

The product arrived the next day. I have been using this spray for years now and it works great. What I really loved was how quick I received it in the mail.

Colors are off. Mid brown is a golden brown and dark brown is too reddish. Does not match my basic brown hair.

Terrible product, that does not take to black hair. I would not recommend the use of this product to anyone.

Product arrived in a timely manner. Overall Very Good Product

Product contains sulfates, which can be harsh for many people. (I didn't notice that when looking at product online). A little does go a long way, so that's a value. I have noticed LESS HAIR FALL since using the shampoo; that's encouraging! Got the package with 2 shampoo tubes and a conditioner. Again, I didn't notice online that the conditioner gets rinsed out, I thought it was a leave-in, (which is my preference). I used the shampoo 4 times in the week I've had it, I'll have to go with every other day, as twice in a row was irritating to my scalp. Maybe I'll be able to work up to more as my scalp adjusts?

This is a horrible product. It washes out immediately and if you put your hands in your hair, you hand comes out black. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. If I could get a refund I’d definitely do it

Difficulty twice, ordering the correct product, I ate the first order, that I’ll never use the second order was returned which wasn’t easy.

This is the best product in the market and the price it's owson.

I genuinely don’t understand how companies like this manage to stay afloat in 2025 with such a staggering lack of care and basic customer service. The product itself may be fine, but the company behind it cannot be trusted.

I placed an order for an item clearly marked as in stock. Instead of sending what I purchased, they unilaterally decided to ship me a completely different product I cannot use. There was no communication, no approval sought—just a random substitution dumped in my lap.

When I reached out, they offered an apology but refused a refund unless I returned the product I never ordered in the first place. To make matters worse, the item I originally wanted is now out of stock—so I’m left without the product I needed, stuck with something utterly useless, and my money tied up.

All of this just days before I leave for a month-long trip. It’s not just inconvenient—it’s irresponsible, incompetent, and shows absolute disregard for the customer experience. Swapping products without consent is not just poor service, it’s unethical.

If you value your time, money, or sanity, avoid this company at all costs.
