Product works great, I have silver gray hair so I have to mix two colors, I would like to have the option of buying 2 colors in the 2 pack form.

Hi l have purchased 2 hair thickening shampoos but they came in envelope and they were both spilt inside the envelope. I thought there would’ve been put in boxes not just putting bubble wrap envelope... Voir plus

Have used many different colored hair thickening sprays over the years. Mane has been the Best! It doesn’t give off that chalky appearance like most others. More realistic. Highly recommend it.

I placed my order almost a month ago and I still haven't received the product. Tracking says that a label was created January 6th and that's it.

It states item is in Pre Transit,
Which means it was never sent out!

So far, I’m not impressed or satisfied at all. I still have yet to receive my product and it’s been almost 2 weeks. This is probably a scam so I’m gonna be asking my credit card company for my money back.
P.S… the company replied they look into my order. Again, haven’t heard a word back. Do not purchase from these people. It’s a scam!

I have been waiting for my order for the past 3 weeks still not received , emailed them few times and had one respond that my order is on its way , i can check that the order is setting in Florida for the past week and when i email them no respond . customer service is 0 and this will be my last time that i order with them .

Great Product
Great product. Been using Toppik for years and think they complement each other.
However, i ordered Mid Brown as i use medium brown in all other products but it's too light so need to use Dark Brown.
I sent a message to CS to exchange the product i have from Mid for Dark.

Not happy
Not happy. Order took ages to arrive and the sealant spray that I paid for was not included in the package. I used the product regardless using hairspray to set. The mess it left on my pillow is disgusting. I won't be re-purchasing. Would like a refund in all honestly.

Won't Respond to a Refund Request
I ordered 2 spray bottles.
Tried it once, does not work well on my hair.
I've sent 3 emails asking for a refund and not getting a response back.
All within the 7-day period of receiving the product.
Just want my money back.
What an absolutely awful experience this has been.
You can't even call anyone there.
Order #5130.
Happy to return the 2 bottles.
Worst customer service experience I've ever dealt with.

Ordered this product, waited several days for ANY update-- only getting one after I reached out. Sent an instagram message but it wasn't answered. Emailed response finally came in. You blame the Canada Post strike-- but that has been going on for weeks, why would you still use them- Plus you say ships in "3-5" business days, false advertising! Will be warning others about this company.

We suggest you read our terms and conditions on the web site:
"We endeavor to deliver your orders on time, but circumstances beyond our control (strikes, bad weather etc) may occur and in these instances we are not able to guarantee our delivery service."
As the products are aerosols, we have to use the post office. Maybe you should give them a negative review as they are causing the delay, not us.
