Sophia also identified ways for me to do what I want to do without having to spend more. To be clear? It would be worth spending more, if I needed certain add-ons to my subscription! Yet, in this case, she really heard the needs of my team and I and delivered allowing me to find other ways to achieve my goals. I tell people all the time how Mangomint is the best - and mainly because of their chat support AND their willingness to listen to feedback and make their software even better for today's stylist and salons!!

Mongomint has great customer service. You are actually talking to a real person in real time and not a bot who will direct you to a person. They are also super quick to reply if your business has any questions or concerns.

Tech support is 6 out of 5 stars-get it? I've used other platforms. At the top level, they have pros and cons...and they all hook you in. But one thing I can assure you of is that these guys absolutely excel at tech support. Way way above every other platform. This will be the reason I stay with Mangomint, even when another platform solves that one problem I struggle with. I'll take a little pain for the amount of pain relief I get from the Mangomint support team. A+ 10/10. five stars. insane.

We moved to Mangomint in a very short time and had a great overall experience. Our prior scheduling platform required clients to sign up for an account with their platform before scheduling with us. This was creating significant friction with conversions of service bookings and gift card purchases. Mangomints onboarding process was awesome - proactive, helpful and responsive.

Switching software is one of the most nerve shattering choices, Mangomint was right there every step of the way. Ensuring that all data solutions were transferred to my standards. We worked together and we are 4 days into using the system and so far are very glad we switched. I appreciate the customer service and guidance into how their system can work for my business. Moving 10 years with one software into their platform worked beautifully. We have a web based client friendly booking system with them that I hope to grow with and be apart of their new innovations forward. We have the call/text and chat capabilities releasing us of our landline. Having everything in one location is refreshing and appreciated.

Casey is a godsend!
Casey over took handling our three businesses by providing nothing but white glove treatment for us! As a growing business, he was able to quickly come up with solutions for us to make everything seamless and possible. Not only this, he was attentive, patient, fast responding to every question we have. He went above and beyond for us we are extremely grateful. Since implementing Mangomint at our clinic, our entire team has noticed a huge improvement in efficiency and organization. The platform is clean, intuitive, and designed with both clients and staff in mind.
As someone who handles marketing and client communications, I can’t say enough about how much Mangomint has simplified my job. Sending out campaigns, managing promotions, and tracking client engagement are now so much easier and more streamlined. What used to take multiple steps across different tools can now be done quickly sn in one place.
I also personally also love the ability to directly text patients, it makes filling the cancelation list so much easier!
Plus, their support team is always helpful, responsive, and genuinely cares about helping clinics like ours succeed. They also have an entire "learning center" that is SO easy to direct staff to when they have questions.

I had to change my salon software in the middle of the year and I was freaking out coz other software I had was for 10 years but Mangomint made the switch so easy I barely did anything I simply provided info likes that asked and I was ready to go in week and half!! On board help was mind blowing.i can talk to person with in minutes of it!! And software it self is so simple to use.definitely made good decisions by switching.
