Beautiful rug, great quality and great condition, delivered on time and changed the whole room.

The rug was exactly as advertised. We were pleased with the quality of the rug. The images accurately portrayed the colors. The rug arrived quickly.

You are always great. If there were 10 stars I'd give you them. I've bought so many rugs, for my apartment, my little house on the prairie, and now for my niece over the past eight or ten years. You are the only ones I buy from. The quality, the service, just cannot be beat. The last rug I bought maybe two weeks ago, and it was shipped and delivered to Connecticut within 24 hours!!!

The process of ordering the rug and delivery was fantastic!! The rug actually arrived on Saturday instead of Monday, which was an awesome surprise. Especially considering I ordered it late Wednesday night!!

My issue is with the color of the rug. If I didn't know any better, I received the pattern of the rug I ordered, but it a different color scheme. I thought I was receiving a pink/mauve based rug, and it's actually khaki/beige. I know colors can appear different on digital devices, but this was so far off there is no way it's the same rug.

That said, it actually works in the room perfectly. I can't even understand how that's possible, so I'm very happy that that's the case and I didn't have to pay to send it back.

My advice would be to call them and have a discussion about the rug and don't just take the picture on the website as is.

I have to admit, buying a rug online made me nervous. I am used to having at least 2 brought to my home so I can see what it really looks like. But I took a chance, and I am so happy I did. My rug is beautiful. Exactly as pictured, and delivery was the next day. I could not be happier.

You have exquisite rugs. So many to choose from! We got our rug quickly and it arrived in excellent condition. My only complaint is that the colors of the rug we chose are much brighter than those shown. We love the rug, but it took a little longer to get used to it.
