0 stars. I ordered merch from them in August as a pre order with an expected shipping date of October. By December the merch still had not shipped and after a few emails (& and ask for refund) they've stopped responding to me completely. I raised a dispute with my bank to get the money bank and just heard from my bank that manhead is disagreeing with the claim.

Ordered 2 anniversery box sets and a self-titled vinyl back in november. About 340 punds! Havn’t heard anything!

I ordered the Alice in Chains hoodie on December 19th, I knew it would come too late for Christmas, but it's now Jan. 16th. I emailed the company Jan 11th and got an automated response, it said that I contacted them after hours but they would reply back within 24hrs after they returned to the office. I have since sent 2 follow up emails and haven't heard back from them. I recommend avoiding this scam.
Ordered in Nov, nothing received but they e taken my $200. One response when I left a negative review then nothing.
Even if they refund and or send goods now it’s too late -Avoid at all costs
My Jack's Mannequin vinyl arrived damaged on 12/10 and I've been emailing support ever since with no reply - it's 12/29 today. I know things are crazy with the holidays, but I ended up leaving a comment about the issue on one of Manhead's Instagram posts tagging the band to try to get it noticed, and my comment (along with other frustrated customers I saw commenting on the same post) ended up being deleted by Manhead. That makes me think they're just deliberately ignoring me. Thought about a chargeback, but I hate to do that to the artist who I don't think is involved or aware of the situation.
Ordered some merch from official Panic at the Disco site. 2 months in and no updates, moneys been taken but zero idea if it's ever coming. Was due for dispatch on Nov 11th. Dodgy as hell.
Did not have purchase I made in stock and yet it's still listed online. Was told by support it was a supply issue. Got the runaround via email and over 2 months later was finally refunded my money. Will not make a purchase from them again.
I ordered my copy of Deftones B-Sides & Rarities remaster on 23rd August, with the record due out on 6th September. As of 10th September, I've no record and only one rather short email from "Kate" not even with an apology saying they're "looking into it"
It was the official Deftones store, I didn't think this would be a scam, seems you really have to be careful in 2024.
