Absolutely shocking casino the whole experience has been dire to say the least.. verification of KYC took 11 days, I played through my bonus wager and won £1000 withdrew it, sat in processing for 9 days to then be told they confiscated my winnings due to using games not aloud to be used with bonus, when I looked at the games not aloud it’s pretty much all slots they have. This was never stated on accepting bonus. They give constant excuses and simply don’t want payout. This casino is one big scam! very shady operation! Avoid!

Absolutely disgusting customer service, took 10 days to verify account, when states 48 hours then I managed to play through £1800 to be able the funds from a £50 deposit to be told it wasn’t eligible due to playing on two games that weren’t within the promotion, when starting to play these games it should state don’t go towards the play through, and shouldn’t go towards the promotion. Absolutely con artists and would never visit this monstrosity again

I set up my account played £100 won £900 being waiting weeks for verification no acknowledgement what so every from their email address or anything ended up playing again and bam it resets the game and you win nothing
While waiting for verification to happen although it’s been weeks and they are swamped so they say I have noticed my money has gone from £600 to £300 and no am not playing games it’s just sat in my account and I messaged them and guess what they blocked me now
So the £300 is waiting in my withdrawals
It’s a scammers site which won’t pay your money out and steals your winnings when your aren’t even playing
