These kits are amazing, I swapped my gel manicures for this and I’m so happy. The manicures are last longer than and look amazing! There is a little learning curve but it only took me 2 attempts to be 100% satisfied with my manicure! So yes, I am very happy with the kit!

I love my 4 colour starter kit, the colours are so pretty! Make sure to download and follow their PDF instructions when your first getting started. (I wish there was a booklet included in the parcel)

My first manicure looked terrible and I was ready to give up, but I contacted customer service and they were extremely helpful, showed me what I did wrong and my next manicure already looked amazing, I a very happy now!

What an absolute load of cheap tat!! Don't waste your money. Colours don't match those shown, arrives in bubble wrap despite the link i followed advertising packaged in box. Cheap nail file, cheap brush and awful customer service after purchase.

I ordered this kit before I read the reviews which I never do……
The kit is cheap. The items come loose in bubble wrap and Jiffy bag. There is hardly any activator and the brush they give you, although nice and soft is falling apart with bits falling off throughout the process.
The instructions are clear and the colours nice.
I needed two “coats”.
It is pretty messy with the whole dipping process resulting in overflow. So use a sheet of paper so that you can put the colour back in the pot.
It is quick to dry and the finish looks ok. I think probably not a good idea if you dont have a steady hand as you can’t correct any errors.
There are probably better kits out there but I’m going to see how long this attempt lasts. I think I need more practice 🤣

I bought this set at the end of May and was told 2 weeks later it had been delivered. I read reviews that said their package was sent to the wrong address but received a new one after emailing customer service so I did just that. I received an email from Anna, who apologised and assured me they would look into this and a new set would be sent out. We had been emailing back and forth for a month before I requested a refund as I was sure nothing was being sent to me. Anna told me the package was delayed and was surprised I never received any updates, lol, but she processed a partial refund for £9.
For another month I requested the rest of my refund because there were no updates, I must have asked for this about 8 times. I received an email a week ago to say "Upon checking, I'm happy to confirm that yours was already processed and you have also received an email confirmation of the refund. If it isn't showing up on your account, I suggest contacting your payment provider for info about the time refunds are processed, here is a payment ID" the fact that she said "if it isn't showing up contact your bank" is so suspicious. It isn't showing up because you haven't sent the refund Anna, don't be naive!
Still haven't received the set or the rest of my money, I even contacted my bank to ask about it. The bank can't see anything pending and also can't do anything with a payment ID so they've scammed me. Would highly avoid this and don't believe their lies/emails. I looked at the tracking for Royal Mail for the second package they sent and apparently it was only sent on 22nd July, not the start of June like they said it was, I looked again today and it says it was delivered, again, even with a photo this time! But guess what? Not to my house. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Too bad and too late as I should be reading you boys and girls reviews before purchased. £30 chucked into sea water....top coat & activator only 1/3 of bottle when arrived, no box only bubble wrap. Erhmmm...what are they saying more than 20,000 happy customers? Erhmmm

I decided to order the kit from this brand a couple weeks ago as others were a lot more expensive. Packaging is not as fancy as with more expensive brands, but the products work incredibly well, very satisfied with my first manicure!

Unfortunately I only saw the reviews after I placed an order and when I contacted to cancel of course it was too late. I was assured though that I will be satisfied with the kit and if not I will be given instructions on how to return.
Today I finally received the kit and gave it a try and was shocked at the poor quality of the powder. I used powders in the past and was able to do pretty well from first attempt. These powders don’t stick evenly but dry very quickly leaving you wondering what to do next because there are zero instructions included on how to remove them. I had to scrape it off my nail, causing damage in the process. The brush that was included was falling apart with hairs falling out from first use.
I reached out to the team and explained the issue and that I want to return the kit. Instead I was offered was a replacement of the same kit. Why would I want the same product when it clearly doesn’t work as it’s intended to?
I then replied insisting for a refund. Unfortunately this time the customer representative did not come back to me to offer me instructions on how to return as it was originally promised.
Please avoid this company. I’m unfortunately out of pocket but I hope you won’t be after reading my review.

I found Manicista on Facebook and thought why not try, I was a little sceptical but I went for it. My parcel arrived within 7 working days, but was in bubble wrap rather than a box !! I tried it out yesterday and am very pleasantly surprised, the colour looks wonderful and after a false start with the application which was my fault, I am extremely happy. Would buy it again and am looking forward to trying out the other colours and following the instructions I downloaded this time...

I liked the kit very much. In my busy schedule I can hardly manage spare time to go to salon and wait for my manicure. Their kit helps me to do it on my own convenient time.

I only tried once and then decided that it’s not for me and rather spend extra money to go to the salon and get them done, but customer service was quick and helpful always!

Discovered Manicista on Facebook, was a bit sceptical but decided to give it a chance and I must say I am very pleased with the kit, I love the colours and the application process is actually quite fun! I found removal easier than expected too!

Love the kit! Super easy instructions and amazing customer service both via email and facebook, again, thank you to Anne for being so helpful! I will keep supporting this young brand!

Unfortunately my parcel looked terrible when I received it, the outer packaging was destroyed and some of the powders were damaged. I was very disappointed and reached out to them on Facebook and they were very understanding and gave me a complete replacement kit free of charge. I have not tried this product yet.

I have attempted doing the manicure twice now, first time I wasn’t satisfied with my results, but I reached out to the customer service, they asked me for photos and immediately gave me tips for my next attempt and I have to admit that my second attempt looks like salon quality.

Wish I had read the reviews first!!! Terrible. Arrives in a Jiffy bag, cheap packaging, no instructions. Brushes misshapen inside the cheap looking bottles. Followed all instructions on YouTube - tried several times, impossible to apply neatly and sets like rock, then chips the next day. You’re left with chipped rock solid nails - virtually impossible to remove without wrecking your nails. Promised much, delivered absolutely nothing. Don’t waste your money- only fit for the bin. I’ll stick to the occasional shellac treat.

I really like the Manicista dip manicure, because they are so easy to use and the results are good and strong. My only criticism would be that the powder pots could be a bit bigger, there is so much powder inside that you have to be careful that it doesn’t spill over.

Good colour, great finish, So far so good, arrived in box, nothing missing, nice brush with diamonte in base for excess powder. Sent tracked Royal Mail. Easy to apply. Only done this once so still waiting to see durability but pleased with result.
