Devious company. Couldn’t claim the 15% discount as this is, according to an email from them,available only to subscribers. But this appears before you have a subscription option.
However, would I want a subscription for this appalling product? Yes it arrives from China in a Jiffy bag but that’s ok. Relatively easy to apply if you are dexterous but quite a lot of fumes. A second dip will likely be uneven. Removal? Another thing all together and I wish I had read the removal instructions before application. The instructions are to file the top off the nail, soak cotton wool in acetone, place in a ziploc bag, place your hand in the bag wrapping the cotton wool around your nails, and then place the bag into a bowl of warm water for around 10 minutes rubbing the nails on cotton wool. Sounds easy? Except that acetone will dissolve plastic in seconds so this method won’t work. Replaced the ziploc bag with a small glass bowl nesting in a larger bowl of warm water. Of course the acetone fumes are nasty so I felt sick and was coughing despite standing by an open window. This method failed. I wrapped acetone soaked cotton wool around finger tips and then sealed with tin foil. Nothing and this is after an hour of trying. By now my nails were lumpy and hairy from the cotton wool. I washed my hands and went to bed as it was very late. Next morning. Local nail salons either fully booked or won’t remove mistakes from non clients. Ok lateral thinking, what haven’t I tried. Contemplated a mini model makers Drexel but thought it was too drastic. In fact this would have worked as this method is used in salons. I ended up gently heating the nails with a hair dryer. This caused the dip to become brittle. Repeated heat, cool and then chip with a cuticle stick. Another hour and 95% off. My natural nails are dry, and very damaged. It seems from FB pages that nail dipping is a professional job both for application and removal. If you want pretty nails without damaging them use nail wraps. Easy to apply, easy to remove. Ok they don’t last as long but they are much much cheaper than this vile product. Stay clear!

PLEASE DONT ATTEMPT THIS!!! I was looking forward to moving away from using UV lamps with gel nails. As soon as it arrived I was set up to apply. Straight away I was disappointed with the finished tacky affect. Nothing like the gel effect look that is advertised, all shiny & smooth. I made the mistake if applying to toes also. Nothing simple or easy to apply whatsoever...such a mess...
Couldn't stand it any longer than a day, so attempted to remove them by following the instruction of acetone for 10 mins...utterly horrendous...my nails are in such a state. The acetone only partially removed the nail polish. I'm contemplating going to a salon to have my toe nail polish removed...terrible product!!!!

Didnt come in a box took about a week to arrive. Used it and have to say it's very good. Good finish on the mani and pedi that I gave myself. Maybe they could work more on the presentation when it arrived but I really like it!

I ordered a started kit and received nothing. The company are claiming they delivered to my address and sent ‘proof’ of delivery showing a random door and refused to accept this was not my address. Some 24 emails later I am still no further forward as they will not accept any liability. I have no replacement or refund. Please do not buy from this company, it’s a scam!

I ordered this kit because I wanted to try dipping powder manicure but came in a plastic bag, no box like in advertising. I been trying to contact manicista to return and get refund but they ignore my emails not answer. The worst product to buy, waste of money.

Absolutely sucked in by the website and Instagram posts. Came in a bit of bubble wrap and paper bag, took about a month to arrive. Not used it as there’s no guide with it, absolute waste of money never again. Going by reviews there’s no point in asking for refund. Just don’t buy.

Useless product, it chipped after only one day. Customer service is not interested in a refund or returning the item. But buy. Also, it took over 20 days to be delivered

The product chipped after one day. I tried again with only one dip and it lasted three days but nowhere near two weeks. The order arrived in a brown paper bag, no box. Cheap product. Poor customer service when I tried to reach out. They are clearly not focused on customers wanting to return to their product.

Orders were stated to be delivered within 7-10 days.
Stated orders were delivered from U.K.
Looks as though it’s been sent from China.
Difficult to Track, very little information.
Paid £29.95 - still not received order.
Contacted - no reply.
Big mistake, won’t order again

Have emailed company several times and no response. I ordered but never received my items. The ad also said shipping from UK. This is not true. The shipping tracking came from China. It also said quick delivery. Another lie. Item not received and no correspondance from company as I asked for a refund for items not received

I received the kit but I didn’t like it when it came so immediately contacted the company to return which you have to email them to start the return/refund process. They responded following day with they had no proof of delivery so could not organise a refund. I then emailed back with a screen shot of the delivery notice confirmed by courier.
This was 6 days ago and they will not respond to my email to allow me to return the item! Their return policy is 14 days, time is ticking and they will not engage to allow me to return the item. Very frustrating I am more than happy to pay the postage to return.

Ordered from Instagram... big mistake. I received this after 3 weeks!! Came in bubble wrap, no instructions and no list of ingredients in product. I doubt I'll get my money back if I return it e en though products havent been opened and where do I return it to anyway. Like others I wouldn't have ordered it if I'd seen reviews and that it's from China. So into the bin it's going. What a waste of money. Don't bother buying this rubbish 😑 😒

I ordered the starter kit and the £12.95 removal kit. The starter kit arrived after a couple of days, but no sign of the removal kit. Over the past month and a half I have emailed five or six time and on two occasions received to useless replies asking me to wait a bit longer. I am now resigned to the fact it will never arrive and the refund seems increasingly unlikely. Will not risk spending any more money with this disreputable company.

I have made a huge mistake by buying from them. I wish I had checked the Trustpilot reviews before I ordered.
I still haven't received my order but it shipped out from China, and if I knew that they were shipping out from China I would have never ordered. Apparently the quality is very bad and they ship out everything in a bubble wrap. There are very good nail polish brands that are UK based, and I will definitely buy from them the next time.

Ordered the starter kit thinking it would come in a box and had uk delivery, also ordered the removal kit.
When I got tracking option it was coming in from China, after 10 day wait received starter kit in bubblewrap and one bottle was half full.
Still waiting for removal kit, been in touch with company complaining I wanted a re fund and what
I didn't receive and no reply.
Today I got a small pk from Romford Essex with some wipes and believe me it's not touching the nail polish

Do not touch this company. They do not honour the “no quibble return refund guarantee” They get out of it by offering a partial refund, after several months of chasing. I’m still being given the run around, excuses like , we can’t refund you due to me buying from the previous management company now they are saying it’s over the 14 weeks period. I’ve been in communication with them since the day after receiving the unsatisfactory products .

Do not order from this company! Wanted to cancel straight away! Can only do by emailing them, no one picked the email up for 4 days by which time they tell me it's been dispatched! Poor communication, had someone tell me the fulfilment tem will.contsct me as I'm.refusing to pay for postage when I should have been able to cancel myself! (This is how they get people). Faat forward around 20 emails sent still no resolution! I'm going through my bank now! Wish I read these reviews first!

I ordered the Starter Dip Manicure Kit and the Removal Kit. As on previous reviews i received the Manicure Kit, not in a box like advertised on their advert and i didn't received my removal kit which cost £12.95. I have now sent 3 emails as there is no other way of contacting them and i have had no response. so I have been robbed basically. I will never be using this company again, I would advise anyone to stay well clear.
