Manicista Avis 

I normally use gel but decided to give this a try as these along with other dipping brands are all over social media so was curious. I swear I saw an option when ordering to have a box so assumed you would pay extra so didn't bother but item came packaged great and would only throw a box away anyways.

I followed the instructions and had not one issue at all. Extremely happy with the results. I can only think those who had issues did not follow the instructions properly. I cant yet comment on longevity but after a couple of days can't see any issues. Same on removal I will have to see but very happy at this stage.

I love it! I don’t understand the negative reviews. I find the colours fab and the process is so easy!! I’ll be ordering more powders soon so I’ve got more to choose from. I find a double “dust” is best. Price is fab. Postage wasn’t the quickest but their customer service is spot on. I bet some of the negative reviewers would twist on 21! A fab kit for the price

Don’t bother!
Very cheap and poor quality. Definitely not a premium product like it makes out. Poor communication and took ages to get here and came in ceap plastic bubble wrap like you might get from other Chinese budget stores.
It also doesn’t work as it’s poor quality so just clumps.
Despite showing the faults with it, no offer of a refund. Don’t waste your money

I don’t understand why are those negative reviews? Yes it does come with a postage bag but it does work, for the first time my nails polish it’s lasted more then a week and still going strong

I bought the product at the end of January and it arrived at the end of February.
It was bubble wrapped, but the important is the result no????? well I am very disappointed and trust me I am never so much disappointed, I always find the bright side! I tried a first time and after a day some of it was already gone, leaving me with 9 and half nails painted. after a week there where left only 3 nails painted. To actually remove the remaining 3 nail it took a lot of acetone and time waiting, and eventually I was forced to peel them off leaving my nails scratched. I tried a second time (I am an optimist) and it was even worse. some edge of the nails detached for the nails and now I can't even touch my hair without tangling the polish into them and pulling them. It is not worthy. I can't even ask for a refund because they want the original packaging and the product not used. A TOTLA WASTE!!!!!

I need to know if anyone who send them back their product recive money back! Horrible product and the attencion even worse… Im trying to send it back but they dont want to even know about it…

I placed an order for the Nail dipping starter kit on 23rd February. At first, there was no communication from them until 10 days on the status of my item. On 3rd March, they confirmed that my item has been shipped to Royal Mail, which itself is a 10 day delay. Today, on 7th March, the Royal Mail Tracking says, they are yet to receive this item from the seller. It is frustrating when already 2 weeks are up and I have still not received my item that I was originally excited to try.

Not as advertised, took two weeks to show them arrived in a tatty bit if bubble wrap.
False advertising starts with these guys clearly not a English company.
Don't waste your money go with a reputable company.

Comes in a loose bag with no instructions, chips after 1 day and the colours don’t match what you asked for. Asked for refund but they are only giving a partial one because I opened it? Well of course I would have to open to use and see it’s crap

I’d give this a zero if that was an option. The colours don’t match the description, the product took ages to come, arrived in a bit of bubble wrap, and it’s a horrible, cheap product. You’d have more satisfaction flushing £30 down the toilet

First time trying out the kit today, will take some practice to get it perfect but easy enough to use, application just needs some tweaking and getting used to. Overall lovely results for a 1st time and a lovely colour too. Only downside was it took about 3 weeks to arrive. Cheaper than sassy saints by £40 though so win win.

Awful, I read the Trust Pilot reviews shown on their website and they are completely different from on here.
Product is poor quality, colours are numbered rather than names. I wouldn’t waste your money. I doubt I will get the refund but I have requested one. Update I did get a 50% refund. I did offer to return the unopened items.

I bought this as an alternative to gel wraps and was excited to try it. It was my 1st attempt but I was disappointed as the effect wasn't as it looked on their advertising, it was lumpy and uneven. After a few days it chipped and I thought never mind I will take it off easily and redo it with the other colours I bought. I spent ages with my hands in a ziplock bag as per instructions. Did it come off.......no!!! The glittery one refused to budge on some nails amd the plain colour wasn't as it described. After my hands went dry and wrinkly I took my hands out and ended up having to scrape and file the stuff off my nails. Not impressed at all and can't see me using the rest of the kit I bought. Reverting back to my gel wraps that actually do come off as described and look good and last 2-3 weeks and don't wreck my nails.

Wouldn't recommend it. It's really hard to use if your not a nail technician. Website says if your not happy with it you can have a full refund. But you can't have a full refund if you've used it due to hygiene reasons. It dosent arrive in a nice box like advertised, it comes in bubble wrap and a padded envelope. So no I wouldn't recommend manicista.

If there were a 0 rating I would tap on it. I haven’t even used my order yet. Like all these other reviews. I too am disappointed. I have only just received my order after having to wait for weeks to receive it and have it delivered in a bundle of what feels like empty plastic bottles wrapped in bubble wrap & sent in a cheap plastic bag with no instructions! Not convinced this is genuine? Comes from China so it won’t be vegan for sure. I didn’t receive this in a nice presented box like they are showing in the video. Has Anyone else received theirs delivered in such a way? The colours are NOT what I ordered and they say on their website if not satisfied a guaranteed refund is available. Sent endless emails no reply to date. What a waste of £30 avoid avoid avoid 😡

Completely misleading product Arrived in a bubblewrapped bag, not as advertised, and with Items missing. Product itself is absolutely sub standard. I really hope that people check the reviews here as any negative feedback is removed from their social media posts. If

When can I expect my Order which was made on the 6th January. Quick enough to take my money but slow in answering to emails. Very disappointed

Awful product, came today wrapped in bubble wrap instead of boxed as you’d expect. I tried on 2 nails as a precaution just to see what it was like before doing a full set. Oh my god it is NOTHING like advertised in the promotional videos, and to remove I had to wrap my nail in a nail remover soaked cotton pad then scrape off leaving the surface of my nails rough and to be honest a right mess. I wish I’d of read the reviews first before buying this product, it’s cheap, it’s nasty and not good quality at all. Lesson learned I guess 🤷‍♀️ It is now in the bin

When can I expect my delivery? I ordered on the 6th January I've had no confirmation of my order and no tracking number, I think this is very unprofessional I had high hopes for your company.
