My rug arrived very promptly. Once I put it in place, I was stunned at how it made my entry so beautiful! I am happy it is washable as all my other rugs are not and I may be replacing them, over time. The pattern, design and colors are exactly what was depicted. My measurements were spot-on. Very happy with this Mannat rug!
It was not clearly marked/stated that the rug I ordered was a custom rug that could not be returned. Very disappointed.
The first rug I received had one accent yarn color that was very different than the website photo/description. After sending photos to Mannat, they promptly and courteously noted the mistake and made a new one that looked just like photos. They were easy to work with and the customer service and reply time was excellent. The quality of the rug is beautiful.

I needed a mid-century modern rug in orange/red colors, and Mannat had a perfect one. I was worried the picture on the website might not be right, but it was PERFECT and even better looking in person! The quality is great and I can't say enough about their customer service. I would highly recommend Mannat to anyone looking for a company with excellent communication, reasonable shipping times and high caliber rugs.

We love our new rug - Terracotta Modern Geometric Rug Hand Tufted. It’s so high quality and far better than the mainstream US brands. If you’re ok waiting a little longer for it to arrive - it’s worth it. Design as pictured, pile is comfy under our feet in the bedroom. Straightforward flexible sizing. Highly recommend!

We got the Fall/Halloween theme rug from Mannat Rugs and really like it. The colors are very vibrant and beautiful. I really like the washable option. It makes it so easy to use and maintain the look of the rug. It is very kids and pets friendly. My kid definitely loves having it in her room. We don’t worry about the food and types of activities of the floor now. We will definitely be buying again from this seller. Highly recommended by our family!
