Giles was extremely helpful in his communication, as first time buyers we found it so useful to be given a clear understanding of the buying process, and the differences & minutiae of a mortgage application.

We feel that Giles went above and beyond to be available for phonecalls whenever needed, assisting with additional documents not central to the mortgage offer itself, and being patient and understanding through any questions we may have had/information we may have not understood initially.

I can't fault the excellent service from Thomas Hawley and Elizabeth Bell. From start to finish, they walked my husband and I through the application process step by step. It can be quite daunting purchasing a new home, especially your first, but Thomas and Elizabeth were always contactable for advice (even when Thomas was on holiday - sorry Thomas).
