If I could give them a zero I would. There was nothing in the box. No wine..no gift card. Terrible customer service. Won't do anything to remedy the problem. Reporting them to the BBB. Took my money and I got nothing in return
Have to agree with reviews posted..although they didn't post my very negative review. Go elsewhere. Horrible communication. Wine not received on time..thus missing the celebration. Haven't tested it yet.afraid it might be tainted. Insufficient refund. Waited from May to July for delivery.
It’s been 17 days since I ordered. No tracking provided so hasn’t even shipped out. They don’t answer phone or emails. Buyer beware!!!
Horrible. Packages have to be signed for. So was told package was arriving on Oct 29. Never arrived. Was then told package was delayed and would arrive Oct 30 between 1020 to 220. Never arrived. Had someone at the house both days to make sure to sign for it. Requested refund. Not sure how they expect someone to sit at home all day waiting for packages. Not to mention the package not showing up at the assigned times. Never again will i buy from Manos. Have to assume its another foreign company that uses addresses in the US. The only time this happens is with those type of businesses.
We were excited to purchase team themed wine bottles to celebrate recent championships. So much so we recommended the product to many friend. However, our experience was extremely disappointing and the response from company was even more disappointing. We were charged for the product and delivery. We never received the product albeit changing our schedule to be home to receive the product as communicated. When requesting a credit we were told they know we don’t have product but still will not issue refund. We had to go to our credit card company to challenge the charges. The primary issues with the company was customer service and their delivery partner Fed Ex. Spent significant time on phone with multiple people at Fed Ex, drivers and offices. Different stories from all. My wife took days off to receive the product and no Fed Ex showed as they committed. Buyers beware. This was a less than satisfying experience that is still not resolved.
