Avis spontané
Not what I hoped for.
I placed the order based on a known product at a good price. I had two issues.
Delivery took a long time - not a big deal
The product quality (Muk - Green) was poor, the texture and use is completely different to all previous times I've purchased. I feel the stock may be old or have been incorrectly stored, something has made it thick and gluggy.

Réponse de Man Perfected
Good day Ian,
I am so sorry to hear that the product was not what it should have been.
Unfortunately due to hygiene measures we have in place, we were are unable to open or break the seal of the product to check it before dispatching it. Unfortunately we had a bad batch of MUK that we have now discarded.
I have emailed you to discuss a refund.
Again, please accept our sincere apologies.
Kind regards
Man Perfected

Excellent caring customer service! Will definitely give them my loyalty.
There was a problem with a previous order and I emailed Man Perfected. They called me straight away and sorted the issue right away. Even compensated me with a free gift, which they didn't have to.
