Yeah they are scammers. I disputed the charge with my bank because I never received the merchandise and I lost the dispute. How can my bank let this happen?

I ordered from this site
I ordered from this site. Five days later I got a notice saying that they hadn't heard from me, so they cancelled my order. I went back into my email and verified that I had received nothing from them requiring me to confirm my order. So, it seems they just cancelled my order for no reason.

We sent you a lot of emails (Please check your spam/junk/trash) and text also called you many times but can't reach you (we have evidence in case you need it). Your order needs some adjustment and because we can't contact you about your order so we have to cancel your order. you can check the reason why your order has been canceled. So I think that wrong feedback about us.

Mantadrop was sorry about your inconveniece.
Firstly when you placed your order Mantadrop didn't take your money, you can see your transaction still pending so Mantadrop technically didn't keep any cent of your money.
We can give as much evidence to support that we didn't keep any cent of your transaction from the beginning and this review seems like you just want to threaten us because of canceling your order.
The item you bought from Mantadrop Seller so we have no right or power to cancel your order but only the seller, After checking with the seller your order has been cancel because of quality problem with the item so the seller can't ship your order. So Mantadrop has to close the case with a negative point to the seller.

Total rip. False advertising ordered some razor accessories for a one blade razor. The sent a single attachment instead of a multi attachment as pictured on there site. RIP OFF.
