What is going on?? It's been 2 months!

Same experience as a lot of others on here. Have ordered from Mantan for years and it's always gone decently smooth. (one order took like 3 weeks to ship, but I still got it) My most recent order was September 2nd, and I still have not received my order on October 30th. Emailed customer support multiple times and got one extremely delayed response that my order would be shipped soon. I finally asked for a refund a couple weeks ago. Have not received a response. I even got an automated follow up email that it had been almost 2 months since my last order and asking I wanted to order again. I haven't received my last order goof balls! I'm smelling a complaint to the ACCC

Horrible customer service-None actually

Writing a review on behalf of a family member.
Placed an order mid August. Credit card charged almost immediately.
Sent an email 10 days later to inquire about order, as had not heard in that span that order was delivered(not supposed to be charged until order ships).
Delayed but finally a response that there was a problem with supply, and asked to be patient.
Several follow up emails to company were not responded to, so asked to cancel and for a refund.
Finally, got email that order was canceled and refund would be issued. This was in late September.
In the meantime, got bank involved, who reached out to company to.
No refund issued.
Emailed again, said refund issued, yet bank has not received it nor have they responded to bank.
Several more email inquiries-crickets.

Where is the refund?!?!?

Have been trying to get in touch with…

Have been trying to get in touch with the Customer Service team for approximately three weeks as my order hasn’t arrived and I’ve been trying to also update my address details have sent them many emails and there’s been no progress/reply.

Not waterproof as stated

Okay dry tan.

Not great for holiday around the pool. I have to apply the tan daily as 20 mins in the pool washes this tan away. Not great considering it says waterproof.
Save your money and buy dove self tan. It's harder wearing.

Hey Liam, really sorry to hear that. That doesn't sound like how our tan is supposed to work at all. We have verified our waterproof claims both internally and across tens of thousands of customers.

So while I'm not sure what's happened here, I would love an opportunity to make this right with you.

Where is my order? Where is my refund.

Love the product having purchased it regularly for a number of years... This time having ordered and been charged for a three-pack over six weeks ago have not received the order, have not had any reply to repeated emails, social posts, etc and no acknowledgement of my subsequent requests for a refund... On the day I first requested a refund I received a message telling me my order had shipped but the tracking advice shows no pick up by Australia Post, indeed nothing beyond a shipping label having been printed. AVOID DEALING WITH THE COMPANY is now my advice... I'm commencing a charge reversal complaint through my bank and Visa.

I just checked all our emails with you, and while it took a bit longer than usual to reply (due to some technical issues), the team did reply to all of them. We definitely never ignored you!

Either way. we're really sorry about the poor experience you had. We'd love an opportunity to make it right. If you ever decide to order again, just send us an email first, and we'll send you a bottle of tan at cost as a token of our apology and thanks for being so patient with us.

Nearly four weeks and no package

Nearly four weeks and no package. I've emailed, Facebooked, Instagram, website and no communication!! What is this? Not hard is it! Not even assed that it's late but no communication is embarrassing! This stuff is actually good but good luck getting it. Do better!

Good product let down by poor customer service

I really wanted to love Mantan with my second purchase – the product is great!. Unfortunately, my experience has been overshadowed by poor customer service and extremely slow delivery.

I placed my order over a month ago and I’m still waiting. I've followed up several times via email, and while I have received responses acknowledging they’re dealing with “issues,” there’s been little action or progress.

It’s frustrating to be left in the dark, especially when you've paid upfront and are genuinely keen to support a brand. If Mantan can sort out their logistics and customer communication, they’ll be on to a winner. But for now, I can’t recommend them based on my experience.

Fake looking orange tan

Fake looking orange tan. Complete opposite of description. Only option is to return to Australia the other side of the world which would cost almost same price of product. It was also not made clear that this is company would be shipping from Australia!

Scam of a business!

It’s been 50 +days since my order was placed, I am yet to receive the order, only met with absolutely disrespectful communication from the brand directly, false expectations on delivery and further excuses of courier services, and no recourse for a refund or solutions offered other than to send another package of which has also not been done.

This is pure theft of customers money and I will be taking steps in the Australia government through the consumers act to ensure actions against this company, should this matter not be resolved within 15 businesses days from now! I will also use my massive reach on social media to expose this company as well as through a number of associates accounts of mine whose accounts have millions of followers in Australia as well as global!

If they had even the slightest customer service etiquette this would never have escalated and all would have been resolved. But unfortunately this owner is an extremely hostile individual and has absolutely ignored my attempts to resolve the matter.

Way overpriced

Way overpriced! I have previously used the L’Oreal Sublime Bronze wipes that come in the gold/orange box. They work much better but still have that smell. Man tan didn’t reach the hype the ads claim. I’m 60 years old and NOTHING BEATS Mother Nature. Just use sunscreen and go outside. Takes longer but you’ll feel better, look better and you won’t have that chemical smell. With all of the technology today NOBODY has perfected a safe and simple tanning solution. Plus, the Sublime Bronze self tanning wipes are just $13 at Walmart. Man Tan’s are 3 to 4 times the cost.

Good product BUT absolutely rubbish service.
If your lucky enough to get your item its great. if not forget emailing them or trying to contact them or getting any form of service they don't respond. They will come up with a tracking number so you can't claim for non delivery and refer you to the carrier. The Carrier then confirms they "didn't meet the standard" and "they can not locate the parcel" and refer you back to the retailer - but don't amend the status of the delivery so you are stuck and minus £60. My advice don't bother (unless you are happy to write off your money) Not based in UK so you have very little in terms of consumer rights. NEVER AGAIN,
