I ordered 8 outfits and gave every one away - except one. The quality was horrible, the fabric was some kind of cheap crap that itched my skin. In the one jacket I ordered, one pocket was 3 " above the pocket on the other side. The pictures of the clothing on the website were gorgeous - the quality of fabric, tailoring, everything was so awful I donated it. A total waste of money - don't trust the pictures!! Don't waste your money.

If I can give them ZERO STAR, I would. Save yourself the trouble and STAY AWAY from this shop.

Maple Bloom “Vancouver” shipped my item from CHINA. It took 1 MONTH to receive the item. And the cherry on top, the item I received is NOWHERE like the photo on their website.

GO BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE. This site is an ABSOLUTE SCAM.

I ordered 2 items, only 1 was delivered, and that was of very cheap quality (I don't even want to use the word "quality" here). Not only did I not receive a refund for the item they didn't deliver at all, they also "offered" 3 totally unacceptable options for the return of the delivered one. After a total of 5 reminders, and requests for an acceptable offer for the refund, I did not receive any answer at all anymore.

Terrible customer service
I ordered a $75 dollar item it arrived looking nothing like what I ordered wrong color wrong size cheap Chinese shit ! I emailed them about a refund and they finally offered me 30 percent that was 4 weeks ago and still no refund ! I’ve emailed them 10 times sicne and no response !!
Save your money and shop elsewhere this company sucks

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SCAM
I ordered two items in 2XL and received one item with a small tag with a 4 (size approximately medium) and the other with a 2 (as well size medium). Only other letters were Chinese symbols! No other tags or material or washing instructions. Nothing! I thought this was a boutique like store but it is a scam that operates out of a unit in an automotive industrial neighbourhood and head office is in Europe. No customer service and no valid solution to my problem. As said by other customer temu has better quality then these items.

I should have checked reviews first. I ordered a couple of items. One piece was supposed to be an XL but the fit was more like a small. There was no tag on the inside of the clothing indicating size or on the bag (packaging) it was sent in. So their word vs mine. Customer Service said they checked the order and the correct item was sent? I asked them how they could be sure that a packing error didn’t occur. No answer. I asked for the dimensions of an XL for my article (vest). No answer. I will “never” order from them again. Save your money. They give online shopping a bad reputation.

Before even receiving my purchase, my receipt showed they substituted the size. When I contacted them, they said it was on the way and would address when I received. It was sent without tracking. When I received I contacted them for a 2nd. time, they now refuse a refund. Do not order anything from them. Clothes are poor quality, that actually come from China.

The worst experience ever order Jan 7 didn’t have to color didn’t tell me had to reach out wonder where my order was so I switched to a different color still do have no tracking.. do not order from these people

Still waiting for my order. I had to email because my original order was misplaced. Now waiting for the order and it is still in China. Very disappointed so far and I haven’t even seen the products. Worried this is just a scam.

I paid $79 for a velvet jacket. It looked great on their website. It is poor quality, unlined, no shoulder pads .It had no shaping at all, more like a cardigan.It was paper thin.I bought a similar jacket from Temu for$34 which was great quality, lined with shoulder pads. Their return policy is too expensive so I will have a friend alter it for me.I tried to contact them to explain why I was disappointed with it but they do not allow that type of feedback.The photo they use is NOT the jacket you will receive, it is actually the jacket I received from Temu. This site is a complete scam.
