Dear K P,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We are sorry to read about the issue you experienced. Maple Publishers is a publishing company and does not directly handle customer orders for hardcopy books. If a hardcopy book was ordered and a digital copy was received, this may relate to the retailer or platform where the order was placed.
We have not been able to identify an order or customer record from the details shown in this review. If this relates to one of our titles, we would be happy to help guide you in the right direction once the order and retailer details are shared with us.
We understand that this may have felt disappointing and hope you will be able to clarify it through the correct ordering channel.

A truly helpful and encouraging publisher
After spending twenty years writing my first book, Desert Messiah, I felt apprehensive approaching a possible publisher. After some careful research I chose Maple Publishers, a decision I will never regret. From the very start they have been incredibly helpful and encouraging. Garry, my principal contact at Maple’s headquarters in Milton Keynes, has been outstanding. Throughout he has been patient and easy to correspond with. He has given me sound guidance on a number of issues and clearly worked well with the in-house team who were designing and producing the finished book. Also of importance to any author is that Maple have an international view of publishing that includes, among others, retailers Amazon, Walmart & Waterstone.
