Maple Publishers Avis

I am thrilled to share my experience with Maple Book Publishers, who's currently publishing my third book. From the moment I approached them, the team was incredibly professional, supportive, and attentive to my needs as an author.

Their quality of work is superb and the final product exceeded my expectations. From the layout to the cover design and editing, everything were all handled with great care, making the book visually appealing and polished. The attention to detail is evident, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.
Thanks to Pam and the entire Maple team who communicate endlessly throughout this journey. I am looking forward to working with you guys again on future projects.
Thanks, and bless!

I am writing this book review on behalf of my children, as they are both minors. Maples Publishers are an excellent Company to work under. And they are committed at what they do. The communication between Maples and the authors is superb. The design team are the best and work with you to make it happen. Pam you made it look and sound unique. Thank you for everything in achieving the publishing before Christmas. Lunarnise Pestra

Maple Publishers are good to work with. Received prompt responses from them. They were able to reply to any queries raised. They also stuck to the estimated schedule timing provided by themselves, towards the start of the process.

It has always been a dream for me to write my own book the experience was magical

I can’t thank Pam enough she has guided me through the whole process, nothing was too much trouble. Pam made the whole experience that much better, worth every penny. Thank you

Very positive experience

I'm very pleased with the final product and found the team to be helpful, cooperative, and efficient throughout the entire process.

Pam and the team have done a fantastic job - very pleased. Many thanks for being efficient throughout the whole process of publishing the booklet.

After looking at several publishing companies I decided to go with Maple, and am so glad I did. The service has been excellent, with good communications, friendly and helpful advice, and Pam (who I was allocated as my publishing advisor), got back straight away with answers and suggestions to my questions. Maple ware always, professional timely, and explained the process thoroughly.

My experience with maple publishers has been excellent. They have been very efficient timewise, and the end result is a well laid out high quality book. I am very pleased with the cover design and also with how the inside of the book looks. They were also very patient and understanding with any changes I felt I needed to make, which made the overall process run very smoothly. And also they were very quick and punctual with their emails.

Maple Publishers have been excellent for me, especially in the wonderful colour illustrations they have done for all of my books. They have really made my characters come to life. Also, they have provided excellent proof-reading and book layout, and done a really professional job. My latest book is 'The Dream Merchants and Other Tales', and is a collection of short Fantasy stories. I have also written two children's stories 'The Perilous Adventures of Sammy Squirrel' and 'The Further Adventures of Sammy Squirrel.' These have all been published by Maple, and I'm delighted with the results!

My mother used to say it would be a disservice to a child who does something good and you don't say it, or commend the child.

I am generally satisfied with the high level of customer service l received all through my book publication project. And, even though l had some initial doubts about Publishers based on what l gathered about many "shark Publishers" out to rip off their clients, however, Maple 🍁 handled my book project, "THE GIRL IS MINE", with a high degree of professionalism, while answering any questions l had along the way.

The icing on the cake is the final customised exciting Trailer which Pam and her team just finished.

Wao...we LOVE it!

Maple publishers did brilliant Publishing my book.
They also produced the illustration for the front cover.
I am very pleased with my book.
Their pricing was reasonable.
Pam was always there to support me and give advice.
I would advise other authors to use them, as I will.

I am very happy that I did my book with Maples publishers because the book came out exactly the way I wanted it to be and it didn't take them long to make it

During the design phase, I found them responsive. However, the final phases have been most stressful. The production costs are exorbitant! It is a cookbook with pictures. I paid for premium paper. I bought a specific children's book they had published to confirm the quality of paper. However, my pictures are printed on matt paper.
It has taken weeks to list on Amazon. They are still unable or rather they tell me they are unable to direct Amazon on how to list the versions. It is my understanding that Amazon will list the information you provide. They still haven't listed the paperback version. I am not just looking to discredit the company. I actually acknowledged them in the manuscript, it is the last phase that has been most stressful. I found a local printer that has quoted have the price on silk paper etc. It is listed on Waterstones without a picture of the book - deliverable in 6 - 7 weeks! Will I use this company again?? Definitely not! I wait for the listing etc to be rectified. I wish my experience is similar to the others here.

There’s No Present Like… Time

This is my first venture into self publishing and showcasing my writings which had been tucked away for the past six years.
Pam and her Team at Maple Publishers have been invaluable with their dedicated help and professionalism in bringing my books to life for the enjoyment of a global readership.
I can highly recommend any prospective authors or first time writers to use this innovative Company, who are with you every step of your journey.
Thank you to everyone at Maple Publishers… cannot wait to see my books online and on the shelves at the end of June.

Top team, very friendly, professional and always available. I had so many questions and they never hesitated to answer them. The design team is on point and my project manager made everything run smoothly. Their positivity is constant, giving me confidence that I might have actually written something worth reading.

Maple Publishers stepped in to take over when another company totally messed up. They were friendly and professional from the first point of contact and were sympathetic to the treatment I had previously received. Their design team took on board the storyline and came up with an excellent front cover. Their attention to detail is brilliant and my project manager was always available and responded quickly to all of my questions, of which there were many. To sum them up they are friendly, professional and very patient, I would thoroughly recommend them to new and experienced authors.

I found this company to be very welcoming, patient and provides very detailed information which was easy to understand and was polite when I asked them to explain parts of the process I didn't understand.
