Ordered a top and some combats. Arrived within a couple of days. Unfortunately combats didn't fit, so back to store they went. Refund was processed there and then, no messing around. Great service and would definitely recommend.

WORST company ever, NOT high quality at all…
Truly the WORST company i have ever dealt with. I purchased a very expensive hoodie, which arrived in faulty condition. Zip was sticking and would not open and close properly. They had used some cheap leather effect material and cheap quality zip from what i can see. They advised to buy a size up which i did and still the item was not the correct size. When i advised of the return they stated they would ONLY refund me up to £4.00 when the delivery cost was around £10 for tracked service AND they would only pay this cost should they deem the item faulty. they refused to collect the item and when the item arrived back they advised Klarna that the item was not faulty!! I am shocked how they can claim to be a quality brand when Primark has better quality in my opinion. I would NOT trust them and buy from them if i am expecting a quality item. They have also taken my money through Klarna and i do not have any item from them. They have responded on another review claiming i was outside 30 day period when the delay was ONLY due to Klarna investigating the matter and because they refused to pick up the item or pay delivery. If you read the other review on Trustpilot you can see how they use terms as excuse to get out of things. You can ignore my review but you will only end up ever dealing with this awful quality company. It is an embarrassment to new independent brands who rely on quality service. Avoid them!!!

We are very sorry that you feel as though you had a bad experience with us. During our time dealing with your issues, we made every effort to sort out your problems over email. Our policy for returns is the same for everyone. If the item was found to be faulty by our returns team, we agreed to refund you the cost of the item and the return shipping as that would have been our error. However, when receiving the hoodie, we tested the zip (which was the reason for your faulty claim) and the team found it to be perfectly fine. We took video proof of this that we made Klarna aware of and after reviewing the evidence they were more than happy to side with us on the dispute. Furthermore, you raised the claim way after the typical 30 day return window. If the item was found to be faulty this would not have been an issue. It was not.
In terms of sizing, we have a size guide on our site for each and every item. As you are well aware, item sizing can vary between product and fabric but we make every effort to direct the customer into buying the correct size through email, socials or our product descriptions. What this issue ended up boiling down to was a sizing issue, which is unfortunate, however as per our returns policy, if you have bought an item in the wrong size, you have up to 30 days to return said item (which we recommended over email with yourself) instead you sent the return back way outside of this 30 day period meaning you were not subject to a full refund of the item, due to it not being faulty. We are more than happy to send the item back to yourself, which we have made clear.
We do not appreciate being threatened and bullied into breaking our returns policy, something every other customer is happy to abide by. If you would take the time to actually read through our many trust pilot reviews, you would see we go above and beyond with customer service, as this is paramount to us as a small independent brand and suggesting otherwise without a clear foundation for doing so is very inflammatory and damaging in what I am sure you can appreciate, is a very uncertain economical time for everyone.
We have (again) reached out to you via email offering you your hoodie back which we would front the cost back for shipping of the item, which you have chosen to ignore.

Brilliant customer service!
I ordered something that was unfortunately out of stock and my refund was immediate. As a result i requested to change the colour scheme of a different item, to better suit my goal outfit - which was sorted out by the team with no hassle whatsoever. Once again, brilliant service, and I love my new cargo pants!!
