They have had my case for over 4 months not only has the attorney assigned to me not even filed the paperwork she has refused to do all that was spoken about and expected and paid for. Paired with how impossible it is to get her or anyone else on the phone. When you call in all they say is “they’re going to make a ticket” I’m baffled by their unprofessional unresponsive management, had I known that this is how my case would have been handled I never would have retained this company’s services. Seriously I could have done better following instructions on google, these people have completely taken advantage of an elderly woman’s ignorance getting my money was all they’ve achieved

Was not clear on the site. I was led to believe I would receive a free consultation with a lawyer. Instead, I was called by an AI bot that sounds like a real human taking intake information. When I tripped it up, it transferred me to a human to take down the same information who then said there is a $46 fee before I could speak with an attorney and that fee would be applied to any package I sign up for. The package price cannot, of course, be determined until you know what representation level you need. So it is in my opinion a scam, given it was not clear. To make matters worse, when I told the human that I believe this is a bad marketing method and do not want to work with them I continued to get spam and text messages sent to me.

Terrible. They completely misrepresent what they sell you vs what you actually get. Make sure to get everything in writing before you commit to any contract. They will sell youone thing and you will get another. Their sales tactics are entirely deceiving and dishonest. This is a complete sham and by the looks of other reviews its pretty common. Stay far away.

I was being hounded every other day asking if I was going to follow thru with the company. They gave me a 20% discount. After I was approved for one of the financial services to help with payments it has been a ghost town. I was able to message Gina the intake lady now. when I text I get A.I messages to go on the website. I scheduled my so call conference call with my attorney and twice it has been canceled. No reply back from the email I sent. No one real to speak with. Now im at a stand still waiting on this b.s company. What a horrible mistake and waste of time. Im a single mom of 4 I don't have the time or energy for b.s and this company is apparently a scam

Slow, unhelpful. They charged me 2k to help me finalize a divorce, which I finished on my own with out them as they held up. Now im hoping they refund since they didnt do the work i paid for.

Hi pressure sales from the intake team that grossly over promise what is actually provided. You are told you will be assigned an attorney, which sounds like you will have representation, and for $4500, that would be expected. What you actually get is a website to organize your case representing yourself and an attorney that will kind of help you through the paperwork. That help is not complete, correct, or containing any kind of good legal advice. My $4500 was supposed to cover the original petition, serving my spouse, 2 rounds of negotiations, and the final decree. They never even got the original filing of the petition correct and only want to refund $577 of the $4500 paid. They are crooks and the business model is set up to scam people. My new lawyer has told me I am far from the first or last client that has been mislead by this joke of a "law firm". That's not what they are. You do not get an attorney and the advice you do get is either awful or straight out lies. Example, their "attorney" told me the judge would never sign off on an agreement where my 16 year old can decide where she wants to stay without a formal visitation order in place. The truth - there is a thing in Texas called a Mature Teen Agreement and if both parties agree, it is absolutely something a judge will sign off on. The real attorney I now have is working on cleaning up the mess Marble has made and they were only in charge of the first step. Which still is not done. They still have not updated the court with my spouse being served. Stay far away.

The experience has been horrific. I originally requested representation on a Saturday, and the very next day request requested cancellation of representation. This company is trying to keep a $1500 deposit for work that was never done on my case.
I still need legal representation. I still need money for an attorney, but I do not want to go forward with this disgusting company. Single mom of 4 kids.. I don’t have the money to pay somebody $1500 to do absolutely nothing.

People should truly be aware of Marble Law before deciding to use their services. I paid $3,000 to retain an attorney and requested that my case be canceled within 24 hours because I no longer needed their services. During that short period, I received little to no meaningful legal assistance.

I never communicated directly with the attorney who was supposedly assigned to my case. In fact, I was unable to speak with the attorney because I had not yet completed uploading my documents, and I had barely uploaded anything before requesting cancellation. No legal strategy was discussed, no documents were reviewed with me, and no legal work was performed that justified keeping such a large portion of my payment.

The cancellation process was extremely frustrating. When I contacted Marble Law to cancel my case, I was repeatedly given vague answers and told that someone would follow up with me. No one did. I had to continue reaching out myself just to get updates. At one point, I was even told that the representative who initially handled my cancellation request failed to submit it, despite my contacting them within 24 hours of retaining their services.

Now Marble Law is only offering to refund $2,000, keeping $1,000 for services that I do not believe were ever provided. From my experience, the customer service was poor, the communication was inconsistent, and the cancellation process lacked transparency. I expected a straightforward resolution, especially since I acted almost immediately after retaining the firm.

My advice is to carefully review the retainer agreement, ask detailed questions about the cancellation and refund policy before making any payment, and document every interaction. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Marble Law.

When I decided to file for divorce I searched many law firms on the internet. Marble Law just stood out to me. I made the initial phone call and was made to feel right at ease. I would highly recommend Marble Law!!!
