Paid $2.500 for the divorce papers to be drawn up and deemed undeliverable stating they could not reach the other party. Not going to their job or anything just three tries at the address confirmed for the defendant but no results. Had to continually search for updates. Read the reviews and thought, “mine will be easy so it won’t be like these reviews.” I was very wrong. Spoke to the attorney once, if I had questions it was an AI chat bot assistant. They get you approved for the loan for the services but I could have spent less money and done it myself. I was nervous because it was my first divorce and I didn’t know anything about the process. I should have just continued to do my research and do it on my own. No results were made and I’m further in debt trying to escape a marriage that’s drowning me.

Absolutely horrendous behavior. I spoke to an attorney on 8-27-26 as soon as I answered the phone I wasn't greeted I got a "Yeah? What do you want?" He didn't want to hear about my case he yelled at me and insulted me the entire time. He called me every name in the book and called me a liar on multiple occasions. He treated me badly because of my income and said "And let me guess you don't have any money" you need to get rid of him immediately he's highly unprofessional and is making your company look bad. He made an already stressful moment even more stressful. You call these places for clarity and hope and I definitely didn't receive that. I will never use marble law ever again I didn't pay money to be berated and insulted.

They were great at explaining filing , but due to the need for aggressive and in person attorney they were not enough but they were helpful all the way thru and even after I paid , contacted them informed them I retained other coucel and they are providing refund of what was remaining
