I had a Brompton bike I wanted to sell, I got in contact with Marcus, who communicated well throughout the process with me. On the day, I got to his shop, the transaction was done within 20mins from checking my bike over, to money being in my account. It was a smooth and pleasant transaction. Had a very good experience with this business. Marcus is very kind and gives you personalised attention. I went there over the weekend to look for a carbon fibre road bike. There was nothing available at the time but 3 days later I received a message from him letting me know he had something meeting my specifications. I went on that same day, tested the bike and took my new Canyon home! It was serviced and ready to go.
