Interestingly enough, the order had gone through to maren online. I smell a rat!

Ordered item on May 1 from Belro. Purchase amount ($44.98) promptly charged to CC by Marenonline, but delivery was much slower than advertised. On May 21st and on that day every month thereafter, $39.99 was charged to CC. Beginning on June 1st and on that day every month thereafter, $34.95 was charged to our CC by Onlinenexus.com, a web site we never heard of or used. We complained to Belro/Marenonline in early July and were promised a refund and no further charges. Nope, they continued. Norton reports both sites as possible scams and blocks them. This certainly seems to be the case.

They tell you to leave a message after waiting 15 minutes on hold and then say that their memory is full. And you cannot leave a message call back later. Do better stop this fraud.
