St Pete location. Had a 9:00 appointment. Showed up early had to wait as door was locked. Another employee shows up and has to knock on door to get employee off her phone and open door. Turns out that there is no doctor scheduled and they knew this the day before. Had to drive 45 minutes to another location for 9:45 appointment and was seen at 10:30. There are other options besides this company

I went to the Bonita Springs,Florida location. Wonderful staff,very friendly and made the process very easy. And Dr.Tolentino was fantastic,very professional,informative and kind. I highly recommend this office and location.

This office has been the worst experience. I am on a low income budget so I went to this office to take advantage of the monthly payments. I had been working through customer service issues with 'their system' which automatically charges you every month even if you place no orders and don't have any active recommendations from your doctor. After a back and forth they finally agreed to waive the fees the system was automatically charging me. I went a month getting orders like normal before they attempted to collect the fees again the following month. They shut down all my recs after that and refused to open them until I paid the fee. So they went back on their word and they hung up on me. I am not rude on the phone...I am just low income and trying to get anxiety medication.

Would Not recommend this doctor to anyone. Recently renewed my card just to have the doctor lower all of my recommendations to practically nothing. I was unable to purchase any of my medicine after the renewal. Now I keep getting put on hold and getting hung up on 20 minutes later. I'm just trying to get in contact with them to get the problem resolved but they've made it extremely difficult and frustrating. I will be switching doctors immediately!

Corrupt as FK! Just look at the reviews all over the internet. Their poor reputation precedes them now. They will pester you to death every 5 minutes to sign up, but try to reach them to cancel and they hide from customers. Stay away from these political hacks and crooks! They live by corruption, division, and delusion, and act as underdeveloped children. Did I mention they are very corrupt?

This place is horrible. We've had them for around a year, we got about 4 appointments at the beginning and after that, nothing else. We tried to edit our profile to see if we could mix it up and attract more patients but there's literally no option to do this anywhere. In the end, we decided to cancel our subscription... BUT, there's no option to do so on the website. There's a chat support, but it doesn't work. You can email them in the "contact us" page, which doesn't have a phone number. Good luck with that. There's only 1 mention of a phone number at the bottom of one of the privacy pages. But good luck getting a hold of anyone because after 2 minutes, it automatically throws you into voicemail. So clearly their way to make money is making you subscribe into a service you can't cancel. Your best bet is contacting your bank and blocking all future debit attempts from this scam. I would leave 0 stars if I could. This place is impossible to get in contact with. I’ve called probably over 100 times over the past month trying to cancel my membership after 7 months because I do not use it. Been on hold for hours and still didn’t get to speak to someone. Emailed numerous times. I’m still getting charged for this membership I do not use and they will not contact me. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Insanely effect resource to grow our practice. We've been impressed with their responsiveness to every question or issue we've brought up. My appointment was changing as 2 people were doing it. Also you are skeptical when the doctor online does not speak very good english you start thinking it is a fake website. Also as I have never had marijuana before don;t know if anyone is going to explain what I get how to take it or how much. If they are going to they should tell you ahead of time what to expect.
