I am having a very frustrating experience with MarketersMEDIA. My press release was rejected (albeit with a brief explanation), and since then (over 24 hours and counting), I’ve been unable to speak to an actual person to sort it out.

Attempts to contact support haven’t led anywhere (there’s no phone number and the live chat isn’t live), and I haven’t been given a proper way to request a refund.

The whole process feels very one-sided — they take the payment, reject the submission, and then communication stops. Other newswires offer transparency and accessible customer service.

Based on this experience, I most definitely wouldn’t recommend using this service.

UPDATE BASED ON THEIR REPLY: Their customer service is non-existent. You can't speak to a real person and no-one every replies to my email enquiries. Something's not right with this company...

Very high prices compared to competitors

be careful from this rip off agency. 80 % from the offered PR website has zero traffic, it is pure waste of your money. Customers service is zero.
