The biggest issue—and what makes this platform a complete joke—is how they handle Bonus Points (BP). To level up, you obviously need to accumulate points. However, the moment you are eligible to claim a reward, the system automatically deducts your BP.
Here is the absolute worst part: it doesn't matter if you choose to claim the reward or not. Even if you decide to skip the reward to keep your points and push for the next level, they still deduct your BP. You are effectively penalized just for qualifying.
