Kudos to Julian Lewis at Market Traders Institute. Talking to him I was impressed at his wide range of knowledge in the FX market and what role MTI plays in educating their students. I had a great experience with Julian Lewis this guy is top shelf. The thing I like about him he’s very honest he’s upfront. He doesn’t pull any punches and he tells you exactly how the process is gonna go. When you’re doing business with someone you want someone you can trust and he has that type of energy. This is gonna be a great relationship because that’s what we’re building here is relationships not just selling some training and software. I could feel that energy every time that I’ve spoken with him. I spoke with Jacob last year when I wanted to get this done Jacob had that same energy that lets me know it comes from the top down. Timing wasn’t right last year, so I told Jacob that I would get it done and now it’s going down for real. 💯🚀🚀🚀

I’ve been with MTI for more years than…
I’ve been with MTI for more years than I care to count. Regardless of the opportunity or issue I have encountered the staff has always been professional and helpful.
This is especially true of the “educational advisors” of which I have had several. Eady Correa is easily in the top 2 or 3 that I have dealt with in that position. She’s a great representative for the company and does a good job of balancing the needs of the student/client and the requirements of the company.

Phone meeting to discuss subscribing
I’ve subscribed to many market trading services in the past, including Market Traders a few years ago. However, I was unable to put the service to use due to unforeseen life events, and I never requested a refund. Nevertheless, they offered me a sizable discount to their premiere package (basically the full amount I paid then) when they saw that I am a legacy customer, and the rep took the time to become acquainted with my trading goals and experience. I was made to feel like a person, not just another account to be placed on the rolls of the business. The business pitch was compelling, the products included in the package valuable, and payments and financing were beyond accommodating. I have come to the point in my life in which I must sleep a few days on decisions that carry a financial commitment, and I felt that this wish was met with respect and understanding. I am sure that it will only be a matter of time before I rejoin Market Traders.

Very misleading
Very misleading, you own nothing when trading with them . Meaning if you use their software you must continually repay them to use it you will never own it. If you have a small trading account they will drain it. Even if all the followed trades are winning trades. I was told all of my bots will set up properly but yet none of them ever won any trades. And they will following MTIs trades. They are very sneaky and not straightforward at all whatsoever. The money back guarantee is bull crap also. I did everything I was supposed to and never received my refund. Since the original owner has passed away the company has gone to complete crap in my opinion.

Software & Subscriptions: Our program is clearly outlined during the sales process as a hybrid model. It includes lifetime access to our comprehensive Online University (featuring over 20 hours of video strategies and PDF documentation), alongside an annual SaaS subscription for ongoing software access, which the first 12 months are included with your purchase.
Account Access: To be absolutely clear, we do not have access to your personal trading account, nor do we manage your funds. All trading decisions and account management remain entirely in the hands of the individual user, therefore we could not have drained your account.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee: We stand firmly behind our guarantee, which is clearly detailed in the Education Order Form signed at purchase. Because we are fully invested in our clients' success, the guarantee does require active engagement with the tools and training. In your case, minimal effort was put into the program, which to your own admission was due to your heavy work schedule, and your request was made months after the guarantee period had already expired. I am currently a student at Market Traders Institute and my experience has been very positive. The education is structured, practical, and easy to follow even if you are new to trading. The instructors explain forex trading in a clear way, especially risk management, strategy development, and how to apply everything in real market conditions.
What I appreciate most is the hands-on support. They don’t just teach theory—they also help with real setup like MT4, VPS connection, and getting trading platforms ready for live or demo trading. Whenever I had questions, I was able to get guidance and move forward step by step.
Overall, this program has helped me build real confidence and understanding in trading. I feel I am learning a professional skill with proper structure instead of guessing or gambling in the market. Buyer beware
Market Traders Institute offers an expensive set of classes to learn to trade currencies. I think the focus is to get people who don't understand risk to believe they can get rich quickly using the leverage of Forex (short for Foreign Exchange, or simply FX)
Once you're in, they bombard you with tons of high-pressure sales tactics to get you to buy other courses, saying, "If you only spend this much more, you'll be even better at trading currencies.”
They also have a product you can sign up for where one of their analysts will make buy and sell recommendations for currencies. I found this problematic and lost quite a bit of money following their recommendations.
It was clear they prey on people with very little to invest, while simultaneously downplaying the risk.
I've traded stocks for nearly 50 years and options for over ten. Although I mastered their courses, I found that Forex, so highly leveraged, is too risky for most people. Let's not focus on that. Only say if you keep at it, you'll get better and be profitable.
Between their program and their Signal Shadow Pro Trading Service, I lost over $25,000.
I paid $2495 for their trading course, another $2,000 for their 360ProTrading Circle and Matrix tool, and another $995 for their Signal Shadow Pro Trading Service recommendations, which was a recurring annual payment.
If you're considering MTI, be careful, especially if you're not a sophisticated trader. I had extensive experience and still found it difficult to be profitable, even with their tools and recommendations.
Their programs consistently focus on making it look too easy. More than once during Webinar trading sessions, when I questioned the need for better risk management, I was kicked out of the webinar.
Clearly, this is buyer beware.

Hi Michael, while we do promote the opportunities in the market to compound wins and see gain without the need for significant capital, we don’t push “get rich quick” or you can get rich quickly with our presentations. In our courses we heavily instruct on Equity, Risk, and Profit Management. With our Signal Shadow Pro strategy, we heavily taught in sessions that traders should NOT risk more than 40% of their account at any given time and provided calculations to ensure they were not over leveraged. We did not lock the ability to go higher, because traders are in charge of their accounts and their risk. The strategy at times indeed had some drawdowns and longer than desired hold times. For many traders, although it wasn't desired to experience them, they did not lose money, rather the trades sat in a draw down, which is different than closed position losses.
We can’t substantiate claims of being removed any webinar presentations. We do value our clients feedback and our practice is to only remove disruptive participates after repeated warnings. If your question was not answered, each student has unlimited one on one support with easy ways to communicate with your Client Experience team that include, telephone calls, formal appointments, online ticket system and email support.

MTI Seems Underfunded
Being asked to work for 30+ days without pay is not normal, however that is exactly what was expected of me and co-workers at MTI. The company offers good education and innovative products, however it is all for naught if they can't service clients properly because of disgruntled and unpaid staff issues. They need to resolve this problem asap.

After initially being employed with MTI, the prospects were positive. Initial pay was on time although training was rushed and incomplete. By the 2nd month, my salary stopped completely but I was still expected to work and 'clock in' by a specific time. It seems that around November 2025 MTI ran into some type of serious trouble. Employees and clients beware.

MTI Owes My Company Money
MTI contracted my firm in the fall of 2025 for client support. We were paid for 1 month and then communication with the owners went silent. Out of good faith we kept the support going during Christmas time and have been paid 10% of what is owed to us.
We have tried to contact the owners on multiple occasions and are simply met with excuses and delays.
What is most painful is that our staff were expecting to be paid for holidays and as of today have been only paid a fraction of what they are owed.
