Hosting many many phishing websites

we are receiving phishing malicious emails from scammers through a domain that is registered through markmonitor.com, we sent a abuse complaint but have heard no prompt responses of any action they are doing to investigate the scammer emails coming from that domain. We will report this Pursuant to ICANN Registrar Accreditation Agreement (RAA) §3.18, if we hear no positive response promptly. We did not hear back from the Abusecomplaint email so we reported them to the FTC and Icann for violation of Canspam to our company.

I discovered a previous supplier had used MarkMonitor to set up my website and reached out to MarkMonitor requesting information I needed. I received an enthusiastic sales email, with no mention of the information I requested. I responded saying I wasn't looking to buy anything and repeated my request, receiving no response until I chased again. No apology or even acknowledgement of the delay. It gave a very poor first impression of this organisation.

Another registrar that just doesn't care. At least it's reflected appropriately with their current rating here. I reported a phishing domain that was registered by them. They essentially replied to my report with "we're just the registrar, we can't control content and don't care what that content is." Such a lame excuse that holds absolutely zero merit. So this tells me, and now hopefully thousands, that individuals can most likely fraudulently purchase a domain name and use it for fraudulent purposes and this company shrugs it's shoulders because they already made a dollar. Would you trust your details... personal, financial, and hosted data, to a company that believes it's okay to operate with these sorts of principals? I certainly wouldn't. And given my opinion above, I would advise strongly against it.

Continue to receive spam from elevests.com. Never subscribed to it and receiving 30 emails per day with a fake newsletter and Website is fake with malware. Reported abuse numerous times but nothing done about it.

Emails coming to me from docusign.net (not dot com) which was suspicious. Looking up that domain tracks to this company. Spam and who knows what other maliciousness but luckily I didn’t click the link. Stay away from this one!

Professional spammers. Avoid like the plague, just block all their IP's on your email servers as NOTHING worthwhile will ever be sent by their servers. Seem to be aided and abetted by Active Campaign LLC

This company participates in facilitating scam/spamming email dissemination. They deny any responsibility. One can forward the emails to their address of abusecomplaints at markmonitor.com, or compliance at markmonitor.com, but nothing results in a response or discontinuation of their dishonest practices. Good luck finding a way to contact them, they list fictitious, non-functioning phone numbers. Now owned by Newfold.com, after several changes in ownership, Newfold has an equally negative rating. I have been reporting both to the FTC and hope they get fined severely and put out of business.

this is a SF spammer operation pretending to offer legitimate services, they have less than a 1.9 rating.
